Our 1st and 2nd Qtr Learning walks were traditional where the leadership team visited each classroom. For 3rd Quarter we have created a schedule to invite teachers to participate in the learning walk focusing on SWD and ML support

We are working besides collaborative planning to have quarterly DATA Us which allows us to dig deep into the data and work on areas of growth. Also we have weekly informals, Rolling agenda with content areas biweekly and weekly curriculum and pacing updates to keep teachers on pace.
