1) The egg Benedict tasted rich, creamy, lemony butter. The hollandaise sauce was okay .. overall everything on It was very delicious 
2) we did well working together there was a lot of communication and we were very focused
3) we did mess up on one of our steps which was when we had to put the eggs in the water but we only put the egg yolk 🤣
4) I would want to add more bacon some cheese and a little bit of sum spice to it

The poached egg came out perfectly round and beautiful. It was moist and very flavorful. Id say our strength was the poached eggs and the Hollandaise sauce. I honestly didn't see any weaknesses from cooking. We worked so well together. I would add avocado as a side. I would add some garlic seasoning.I would also add spinach on the muffin.
