Was it to encourage us to role-play doing a better job listening in different roles (when in power, when not in power? Was it to just show us that people in different situations are heard differently? Was it just a way to build team trust by being silly and interacting with coworkers in a different way? I feel like I would have engaged in the exercise a little differently/more intentionally if a little more guidance was given. It allowed for a discussion of something that we often don't think about (but should) and affects everything that we do.
