Hello everyone. My name is Wayne Felton & and I’m a native of Jacksonville, FL. These past few weeks I’ve been very eager to see what this course is all about and meet my new teammates. Obtaining my degree in management would be a great accomplishment and another positive chapter in my journey. Outside of school I’m a full time entrepreneur. As you can probably imagine I have a lot of people chanting for my success. Recently I’ve gained the licensing that allows me to travel throughout Jacksonville and help several families' achieve one of the most common milestones for most by rewarding them with house keys when the transaction is complete. Although most may feel like it's another job I’d have to disagree as I found enjoyment in helping others, seeing different interior designs, and floor plans. I work with a small team and hopefully this course will help me with managing and guiding our team to success in the years to come.
