Daily points are dependent on your specific diet. Foods have different amounts of points such as fruit which is 0 points each and vegetables which also dependent on what type is free.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe the weight watchers diet is a good diet. the idea of a point system that benefits over you making healthier choices is a good concept while still not being perfect. The fact that you can still eat unhealthier while still being "Healthy" isn't good. If you eat only fruit and certain vegetables you can still be within your daily points and also still go out and eat Mcdonald's. If they refined the system i believe this diet could be a really good one.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree that the weight watchers diet is a good diet to follow. There is some parts of the diet that I don't agree with. I don't agree with the part that allows you to eat some foods that are not good for you because it seems like one step forward and two steps back. Other than that this diet is a good one to follow and I think the point system is a really good idea. I would probably use this diet if I had to choose one. </div>]]></description>
