Sitting at my desk in São Paulo,
From my house in Rua Lopes Chaves
I suddenly felt cold inside.
I was shaken, very moved
With the stupid book staring at me
I remembered that there in the North, my God!

After making a skin with the rubber of the day,

Brazilians suffer daily from racial problems, especially the victims of it, which are black people. As a legacy, even today there is a prejudice against blacks, but now more implicitly, which can be more dangerous, since we have a society with racist thoughts and speech, not knowing that they are being racist.
Black people still live on the margins of society, having fewer opportunities. An example of this was the creation of racial cotes to enter the universities, a measure of extreme necessity, since because of socio-historical problems, this group didn´t receive the same basic education as the others.
