Expecting change is a big part of this job, so being able to all be flexible early on was a great way to prepare for the rest of the year. I tried to step into someone else's but in the end that was just more frustrating and overwhelming. I learned to lift the parts that made sense and then added my own stuff ex: paper checklists and stickys, vs. a google doc for tracking.
