      <description>Possessing more than 10 years of work experience, Alexandra “Alex” Forrestall is a registered early childhood educator (ECE). In addition to her educational expertise, she has worked in customer service, sales, and management. In 2022, Alexandra “Alex” Forrestall joined IT Placements as a talent scout.

Since joining IT Placements, Ms. Forrestall has been actively involved in the recruitment and hiring process. She uses various sourcing techniques to source candidates and build a talent pipeline for potential jobs. She previously worked as a customer engagement associate at Contact Point 360, where she developed a better understanding of the customer experience.

Earlier in her career, she held seasonal positions as a cashier and bartender at bars and supermarkets in Ontario. Ms. Forrestall also completed the Early Childhood Education diploma at Seneca College. In her free time, she practices taekwondo and explores the outdoors on regular hiking trips. She also contributes to her community by volunteering for local charity organizations.
