I think a great tool is GoGuardian. With this resource, you can see each of the students' screens on your monitor. I believe there are also features where you can block certain sites as well as freeze their screens if you need their attention. Another solution is to allow "brain breaks" and let the children get up and move some. As nice as technology is, it can get boring and tiring after staring at a computer for multiple hours, especially for developing children.
