COASTGUARD Agent Mullet (Callum) - Salt and pepper greying hair short beard nearly stubble a little longer than that slicked back hair tired looking eyes. Night owl type person they are about 5'9.

EPA Agent McCarthy (Stigil) - Around 6'1 stocky in a muscular way he is kind of wide but not in an unfit way, shoulder length dark brown hair that is pulled up into a ponytail like that - he has a perpetual grimace angular features. He is wearing a regular suit and a tie with pants.

EPA Agent Hood (Jacob) - 5'4 very thin, rail thin, very standard sweater, hair buzzed almost exactly to her skull - the sweater covers pretty much all of her open skin then jeans and a pair of work boots and glasses.

We picked up over the last couple of months reports of missing pets, missing children it seems like we have send Agents down before once in '96 and once in '99 at some point the exact sit reps and details for those operations were lost.

I do have the identity of one of the guys who was sent down there in '99 he went by Agent Burk - he lives with his son in a home near Tampa. The man served 21 years of a 35 year sentence for Military Equipment he only had to serve 21 years due to a special medical exception - he has dementia.

As such he has been remanded into the care of his son - Tiberius Burton - were there any news stories? Age: 60's

Student Reporter: Journalism Student (Amanda Fuller - who writes on the blog Amandala Effect) she has taken it upon herself to self report and investigate the missing pets and the missing children since she has an investigation that she has been conducting she could have useful information about what is happening - she needs to be made to understand the importance of being discrete.

On August 1st one of the missing children was found it displays some grainy CCTV footage that is on the front of a station pointing into an intersection Thomas Mills he was remanded into the custody of the fire fighters - young boy padding across the intersection he is clearly nervous fiddling with the edges of a bandana he is wearing in the video footage 2 fire fighters come out and run out to talk with the store clerk.

In the picture Thomas does look unhealthy of body he is a little pot bellied there isn't much fat on his limbs - his face does NOT have that sallow dipped look that starved people often have the skin on his face isn't stretched across his bones.

There is claret red blood the toilet is stained red there are the headless bodies of several animals 2 dogs and 3 cats with 5 blood stained collars carefully hung over the toilet flush handle resting on the seat is a hobby knife and replacement blades on the seat.

A handful of dogs and cats, each one has been very carefully removed with a sharp hobby knife. The cuts are clean but rotten at the edges and each ones head has been fully removed and a large portion of the vertibrae was removed from the bodies as well - otherwise the bodies of the animals are relitively unharmed the advanced state of decomposition.

No lethal wounds on the animals the animal was held still for or stayed still for to allow for the slow dismantling of the neck.

It seems more like everything attached to the head was taken so they just picked a conveniant place to cut and take the whole head.

Forensics (Success)

Agent Hood starts on the surface of the rest-room floor a rag was placed down here - any animal in severe distress would have made a loud noise - at NIGHT? OR the animal didn't make any noise.

The cleaner spots on the floor indicate only 1 set of footprints on the floor belonging to a child - barefoot prints in the ruddy red stained floor bundled up tissues and bandages and other equipment that one might need for this par medical disassembly of an animal that one might see in the system - judging by the volume of blood in here the toilet was used to flush blood away.

We need to be very careful - the firehouse that looms in the distance.

The seizure of relics from Astatula he says no but he worked adjacent to the team that would have handled that he passes you on to a Fed named Clarissa - she is a little bit terse and tight lipped but is willing to speak.

When you ask about the Relic's - she will go yeah no you're not the first person to ask me about those the truth is I've got no record of Federal Seizure of those relics - these little stoneware thingies flat on one side a bit of twine at the top - made to hang somewhere these big leather pieces underneath them - they look like brain tanned leather - made to hang against a flat surface - we dug down a little bit they were like stop digging stop digging let it get forgotten.

Someone posing as Federal agents, she sends over a trio of blurry images - cracking them open you see 3 what look like stone loops - they are flat on one side they are meant to hang off of a nail or a hook and each one of them holds a small scroll or flag of what looks like tanned leather - worn into the leather on each of those stone relics is a symbol that you can see if you open the resources chat.

One of the 96 guys called it a Boogey-Man it crawled out of the hills when some foolhardy hikers decided to mess with things that they shouldn't. You hear it from their mouths some sort of cave out in the wilderness one of those big rocks all Christ like rolled infront of the entrance - 3 rocks hanging on the outside - naturally these hikers decided well why not take a little souvenir snatched up them things and brought them back to town went their seperate ways - all from out of state you see - of course whatever was in that cave the minute the stones are gone crawls out - people are going missing, missing missing, no trace - 96 guys get called in they figure out pretty quickly what is happening that thing is brazen doesn't really know what people are or how to interact with them - to hear it from their words makes mince meat from a few of them - they track the relics find the hikers collect them all and lure the creature back to it's cave and seal it back inside.

God knows how they managed.

Early in 99 they figure it was the floods obviously it is lake county it floods and it flooded in 99 but most of the flooding never actually washed into the towns or cities but it was a disaster far as I can see it floated those talismens up off of the stone wall and out into the wilderness and that thing it was free again - it was more careful this time it remembered being sealed back in the first time - and it made sure to take people who wouldn't be missed. There were 7 of us who went in originally I killed 4 of us - we learned the hard way that you can't touch it and walk away - that can't be allowed to happen. A few of us tried to track down the rocks but the first thing it did when it got free was dispose of them - we managed to find one but it was broken.

We were running out of options people were dying I came up with a plan and there is this haunted look in his eyes and the minute I came up with that plan I KNEW I would be the only survivor - I snuck back into the airbase stole myself a pretty serious piece of hardware. The rest of the group lured the thing out it didn't know to move out of the way I guess. I knew it wouldn't be enough just to get a glancing shot and so..... I didn't wait for the rest of the gang I didn't wait for them to get free from the danger zone before I fired. Ripped through most of my friends BUT I got the thing I fucking got it. I was going down at that point I didn't think I'd survive but when the machine came down and the fire was all around me I woke up and I rolled free of the wreckage.

Spoke to my organizer he prepared me for what was to come.
