I also noticed how they said that wall street is more powerful than the government.
I wonder why they couldn’t consider the farmers' words and everything.

I notice that a women was the leader of the populist party
I notice that in the second Document it states that no matter your race if you weren't a monopolist or if you were in the working class you were treated the same
I notice that when farmers started to complain and demand change so  laws started to be made that would regulate  prices

Wondering
I wonder if people thought that just because she was a woman she wasn’t fit to be the leader
I wonder if farmers did not demand change would any change occur or would there be someone in the government who realized that what was happening was wrong

The Monopolists have all the power. The Populists believed in racial and social equality. The Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890 prohibited monopolies
