The United states plans that North Korea loses ability to control the their military with this cyber attack but it will avoid the loss of many life's. This Cyber attack can also set a major counter attack by Kim Jung Un. The last Six months the US has been setting up in South Korea and Japan where the Us has extensive military facilities. "The preparations include installing fiber cables into the region and setting up remote bases and listening posts from where hackers will attempt to gain access to North Korea’s version of the Internet, which is walled off from the rest of the world."
