Major Crimes in Hunger Games-İdil

The crime and punishment system can be seen in the Hunger Games (Crime and punishment, mostly used together, in terms of ruling and government are evident in Hunger Games, too). Some may argue that Hunger Games is an utopian novel and there is not a proper judgement system in the Capitol. However, the Peacemakers rule Panem and they force a crime-punishment system. Peacemakers force some rules on Districts such as forbidding going into the woods in District 12, and its crime is getting electroshocked. In conclusion, although there isn't a proper judgmental system as today in Hunger Games, Peacekeepers punish crimes in Panem. (You have given supporting details and concluded properly, good work!)

Does martyr complex directly link with Hunger Games? (Martry complex, which is about people... can be linked with the the Hunger Games is a debatable topic.) Martyr complex is about people who puts others in front of themselves and make themselves feel good about it. People that have martyr complex are helpful and they provide people with a sense of safety and validation. In the book, it can be said that the way Katniss acts in the beginning of the book when she volunteers instead of Prim shows us the link of the martyr complex. Even if people could say that she just loves her sister, when it is looked at the definition of the martyr complex, it can be said that this scene is a perfect example for it.

The book of “Hunger Games” is highly associated with the political realm in many respects; as Collins constructs the general flow of plot upon the foundations of the concept of “revolution”, especially in the last two book of the series. A recent research conducted by an online educational platform called “Khan Academy” demonstrated that nearly all the revolutions in the course of recent history have consisted of approximately the same “ingredients”, such as oppression, scarcity and radicalism. When examined, all these concepts can be easily inferred from the dialogues and narratives within the fiction, thus the book appears to be associated with the field of politics under the covering of “revolution”. Others may argue that the relation is not explicit enough as there are no clear movements of revolution through the first book. While their opinion is valid, mine is still superior as the technique of “foreshadowing” shall be considered while arguing on the association of these two elements. (You have a clear thesis, examples and conclusion, good work!)

The Hunger Games involves a level of complexity(do you argue that the book has a level of complexity or the book represents emotional and physical conditions of characters?), which the author also represents emotional and physical conditions through events and characters feelings. Martyr Complex is an emotional complex in which the person cares about others more than themselves and help them whenever possible. Some may say that in the book, Katniss works hard to care for herself so she doesn't have a martyr complex. Nonetheless, the sole act that she did to her sibling to save her shows her mercy and thus the martyr complex. (You have given counter argument and your examples. Now, you need a concluding sentence after this)

Mutualism is the kind of relationship between different species that benefit from each other and work together.(This is a definition, not a thesis. You need to argue that mutualism is directly linked with the book.) These kinds of relationships are often used as foundations for books and shows. Some may think it is unrelated to the themes and plotlines. However, mutualistic ones and other types of relationships are making stories more interesting and entertaining. Also, mutualistic relationships are preventing these fictional books from being far-fetched. (You have examples but you need a concluding sentence after this)

In The Hunger Games, it is seen (other options: It may be argued/one may conclude that/it is maintained that..) that the main theme is strength and weakness. In the book, characters and government keep their strength by using types of punishment. For example, Capitol keeps its strength by making districts fear Capitol and its army. Capitol utilizes these kinds of punishment: retribution, deterrence, incapacitation and restoration. Some may say law and punishment is not very relevant to the book since there are many actions that attracts people's attention that are not related to law. (They may have a point in thinking like that, however...) However, punishment and law is used in the book as a tool to reach strength which is the main purpose of Katniss and the government. (In conclusion, we can argue that.. )
