Jeg udarbejder en APV  i samarbejde med Hans og pårørende, og tilbyder hans en plads i Afrodite plejecenter. Da Hans er begyndt at blive dårligere, skal jeg observer og dokumenter opgavens omfang, så jeg kan bevare Hans´ egenomsorg.
Hans får at vide at han skal smide servietter med snot i skraldspanden, og han skal nyse ved at bøje albuen/armen ind til sig.
Hans får at vide at vi som ansatte ikke bruger klorin, da det er farligt for ham da han har KOL, det vil irritere hans luftrør samt give ham luftbesvær. Vi skal skåne miljøet. Derfor skal vi brug de godkendte rengøringsmidler.
