Since  more than half of African Americans chances of having a real job are slim many worked on a cotton fields.Unfair labor practices like sharecropping made African Americans sure about new conditions in the North. Many opportunities were featured in the North making the Great Migration seem like a dream. It determined many chances to start over for blacks and escape the terrible Jim Crow Laws. Many blacks were afraid of this and it was very common for non reasonable crimes. This social issue was over powering and ended up killing almost 4,000 blacks across america. Blacks felt out of place with unfair challenges they had to face and did not feel comfortable for speaking out in the South. After the South demanded these laws many blacks protested and fought to end these wars.
