Focus on personal growth and sustained and systemic shifts so as to avoid surface learning and frustration. It's important to provide opportunities to apply what has been learned in meaningful ways. And it's good for collaboration to be combined with the efforts to allows for exploration in the process of learning whether or not something is working or needs adjustment. This is where the growth really happens and how individuals will come to understand both if the needle is moving and if further adjustments need to be made - and what adjustments those might need to be.
