As you may know by now, I'm a fan of reading. So, I'll leave you here a little bit of information about one of my favourite writers of all times. In fact, he wrote two of my favourite books that later became my favourite movies.
The man in the picture is J.R.R Tolkien. He was born in 1892 in the Orange Free State (now South Africa). He was a famous English writer, poet, and a University Professor. Some of his most famous works were "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings". He was a big fan of studying how languages work and how they are created. In fact, he created two new languages for his books. He invented the different variations of the language that the Elves spoke on both Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit, and their alphabets as well.He was a close friend of C.S. Lewis, who used to call Tolkien "The father of modern fantasy literature". In 2008, The Times ranked Tolkien sixth on a list of "The 50 greatest British writers since 1945".
He was also a great soldier. He fought in World War I. John Ronald Reuel Tolkien died on September 2nd, 1973

He was born in Buenos Aires on 11th August, 1959. He had two children Benito and Lisa. He was a latin rock musician, singer, composer and record producer.
In 1982 he met Zeta Bosio and Charly Alberti. They formed “Soda Stereo” band.
The band performed many concerts in different countries, the first concert was in 1983.
Some his best songs were “Persiana americana”, “Cuando pase el temblor” and “En la ciudad de la furia”.
On May 1, 1997 “Soda Stereo” officially announced its separation. He said “totals thanks” in the last show.
Then he continued with his career as a solo singer for some years.
In 2007, after 10 years, they decided to return to the stages with “Soda Stereo” band and made a tour “Me veras volver” where they did 22 concerts in 9 countries.
On 15th May, 2010 he suffers a CVA in Caracas, since that day he remained unconscious until 4th September, 2014 when he died.

His full name is Shawn Peter Raul Mendes, he was born on August 8, 1998 in Canada.
He learned to play the guitar himself by watching youtube videos. He also knows how to play the piano.
Shawn is one of the youngest and most famous artists in the world. My fanaticism starts with "Law & Order S.V.U". So, I wanted to tell you some things about its main character and one of my favourite actress, Mariska Hargitay. She was born in 1964 in Santa Monica, California, in The United States. She's an actress, director and an executive producer. She was nominated a lot of times for her role as Detective Olivia Benson on "S.V.U", and she won twice: a Golden Globe Award in 2005 and a Emmy Award in 2006.
She loves learn different lenguages. In fact, she can speak English, Spanish, French, Italian and Hungarian.
She interpreted many and varied roles in film and television, but I admire her because her charity work.
She really involved with her character, the reason why she founded, in 2004, the Joyful Heart Foundation, to provide support to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse. She also collaborated with other foundations and promoted a lot of campaigns against violence. One of them, NO MORE campaign, had the participation of all her partners and other famous people, like actors and actresses, singers, sportsmen and sportswomen, politicians, among others.
Her role as Olivia Benson in "S.V.U" left her also her husband Peter Hermann. They met on the set of "Law and Order S.V.U". They have three children: August, who was born in 2006, andAmaya and Andrew, who were adopted in April 2011 and October 2011 respectively.
That was a little bit of Mariska Hargitay's life. I leave here below her picture so that all of you can meet her.

She was born in 1938 in Blackheath, London in England. She's an author of historical detective fiction. She's famous for her novels with Thomas Pitt, who is a detective, and William Monk, a private investigator. All they stories are in the Victorian era.
In 1954, she and her bestfriend Pauline Parker murdered Parker's mother! They were convicted and sentenced to be "detained at Her Majesty's pleasure". There is a film about this story named "Heavenly Creatures".
When that happend her name was Juliet Marion Hulme. Five years later, when they were released, she changed her name for Anne Perry.
Anne published her first novel, "The Carter Street Hangman" in 1979. I love her music and her style. I’d like to sing as well as her.

My flat is in a busy street in Manhattan, in the north New York. It's on the eigth floor. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a big kitchen and a dinning room. The dinning room has a really big window with a great view! The bedrooms have big windows too, and from there you can see the Empire State. It's an amazing look of the city, especially in the evening, when all the lights are on.
The flat is near so many New York landmarks. It's a 20-minute walk from Times Square and 15-minute car drive from the Rockefeller Centre and Saint Patrick Cathedral. There are bus and underground stations near too. If you ever come to NY, you must go to Central Park, cross the Brooklyn bridge and visit the Statue of Liberty.

It's 30 minutes away from the city center by car and it's 10 minutes walk from the "City Center" casino.

This city is located in the south of Argentina and is called the city of the end of the world.
We went in March 2017 by plane, it was my first flight and it was amazing.
We arrived at the airport in Ushuaia, where our cousins were waiting for us and we went to their house, we stayed there for a week. In that house there was central heating because in that city it is very cold.
The first thing we did when we arrived was to have a hot coffee and talk a lot with them and then we went to tour the city.
The first days we toured the city seeing a different part of it every day, where we saw its snowy mountains on the summit, its lakes, its incredible landscapes and we took many photos.
On Thursday we went to the ice bar, on Friday we went to the city center where we bought gifts and we drank hot chocolate with my family.
On Saturday night we went to a traditional bar in the city, ate pizza and drank some beer.
That week was quite cold but not snowy.

The living room is very large and it has acces to the balcony. In one of the rooms there’s a large mirror which i like a lot because i can look at myself when i try new outfits. The study is not one of my favorite places because im always doing things there.
From the flat i can see the Paraná river and the Gigante de Arroyito stadium. The shopping mall,a cinema and supermarket are close too

My bedroom is the biggest one, there are two windows, a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a tv. I can see part of the garden from one of the windows. The garden is really big, there is a pool and there is also a swing where I like to lay and listen to music.
I like to spen time in the kitchen, too. I do my homework there because of the light and because sometimes, I do it while I'm eating snacks. We eat in the kitchen everyday but when we have a birthday we eat in the dining-room, which is bigger than the kitchen.

I swaped a department in Brazil for two weeks. I went with my dad, my aunt and my uncle. The department was really nice but we didn't spend so much time there because we were at the beach all day and at night, we were going out for dinner.
The weather was always hot except for one day that it rained and it was a little cold. That day we were in Rio de Janeiro, we tried to go to different places to sightseeing.
In one beach, we dived and we saw a lot of fishes,it was so cool.
I didn't try new food because I don't like many meals, I always eat the same things.

The weather was incredible, most of the days it were sun and hot!
I liked to go to the supermarket and see the variaty of food that we not have in Argentina.

My flat is in district 7, in the center Paris. It's on the fifteenth floor.
There's a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony. The kitchen isn't big but is quite practical.
In the living room, there is a table and chairs, you can eat there or in the kitchen. There is also a sofa bed so you can use it to sleep if necessary. The flat has a great view and you can see the Eiffel tower. The appartment is a five-minute walk to the metro station and is a ten-minute walk to the Eiffel tower.

My family and I went to Carlos Paz, in Córdoba. We travelled all night long and we arrived there in the morning. The bus station wasn't near to the house, so we took a taxi.
The house had two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, where there is a table and some chairs. It was quite small, but nice. And it was so close to the river, around two streets!
We visited some landmarks and other beautiful places near there. We saw waterfalls and climbed a mountain too. That was so exiting!
At night we usually went to a restaurant near the house. We ate different things everynight, but whatever food we chose, we bought chips too. We loved those chips!
It was an amazing week, with a great weather. Just one day was cloudy, so I went skating on ice!
