         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Quitline and other counselling options for quitting, nicotine patches/gum<br>- Withdrawal symptoms and discuss support for withdrawal<br>- Discuss other ways of managing stress without using drugs<br>- How does Zoe's job affect her asthma conditions<br>- Clearer education on exactly how her habit contributes to the detriment of her health<br>- Explain to patient exactly what her medications are, when to take them, maybe organise appointment with pharmacist for a consultations.<br>- Explain to Zoe what to expect when she experiences an exacerbation, how result changes from her peak flow meter can have pathological significance, put in an action plan to help Zoe manage.<br>- Educate Ethan (significant other) as well at the same time as they are a package<br>- Ask Zoe to keep an allergen diary (or whatever is more convenient) to help her find out what her asthma triggers are<br>- Ask if Zoe and Ethan knows the smoking laws and educate them if otherwise. Illegal to smoke in cars? Understand penalties of smoking in certain locations. No legal age of smoking in Queensland however illegal to purchase cigarettes under 18 years of age.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Patient history - previous exacerbation, family history, previous diagnosis, medications taken<br>- What are the other tests that the MO considered in her diagnosis<br>- What had the chest x-ray results shown that indicated myoplasma pneumonia<br>- What is myoplasma and what is acute asthma vs. other asthma<br>- What were her observation results, and are there areas of improvement?<br>- What are normal lung function results compared to Zoe's?<br>- How is the myoplasma pneumonia altering and affecting the present asthma condition as the latter is secondary<br>-"Normal" pneumonia vs myoplasma pneumonia vs other types of penumonia<br>- What causes myoplasma pneumonia, is it reversible, types of treatments available<br>- Mode of transmission of myoplasma pneumonia<br>- Contact precautions? <br>- RESULTS: spirometry results, FEV/FVC what do they mean, are there gender differences. Her ideal is 85.5% and she has risen from 56.7% to 64.3% (#improvement). Peak flow measurements. What does PEF mean and once again  are there gender differences. Does Zoe know how to use peak flow meter  (and if explanations are required from the R.N.)?</div>]]></description>
