         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>The usage of VIPS change the whole spectrum of asking questions(like most people said that the intention of asking changed the whole ballgame)  - I got a whole different view and finally got a context of asking questions which is better for me as I always have problem with the flow of 3Cs(especially creating the context).</p></li><li><p>With what was taught, putting in Imran's SPG(SUFIH the referral and the referees) into the VIPS(both kind of complements each other), I believe that will help me to get even more referrals. All I have to do is keep practicing and execute.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

The context, delivery, tonality, sincerity - all plays a part when it comes to referral asking because client can feel our intention. With the addition knowledge of using VIPS, it also enables our mindset to go thru these steps if we are stuck on that moment. </p>]]></description>

The VIPS framework gave me a realization that they needs to actually be some level of critical thinking that goes into when asking for referrals.
