On Tuesday morning we went to visit the local forest. We learned about how the forest was created. This forest was an artificial forest. We had to work in groups and do different kind of activities. On of our activity was thet we had to read a Portugueses poem and act out what it is about. The tour guide told little fun facts about their way of thinking about the plants. For example two different kinds of bushes are in love. We also imitated rain sounds. When we arrived at the end of the road we had a beautiful view of the ocean. After that we went back to school. Overall this morning was wonderful. Breathtaking view, fun activities and the experience of something different.

We woke up to a cloudy day on Wednesday, but it quickly turned for the better. From 9, we participated in programs at school. Before that, we also folded origami, which turned into a ship. after it we had to go up in groups to make a podcast, which was very interesting because I tried it for the first time in my life. Only five people could go at a time, the others had to write a summary with their partners about the first half of the week. After school, we went to Lisbon together by boat, and after arriving we went to lunch as a group. After lunch we met and walked around the city. When everyone felt tired, we decided it was time to go back. We waited for the ship and everyone went home to their families

Tuesday afternoon

On tuesday afternoon, we learnt about STUFF. Each group got a subject on the process of STUFF, and made presentations, then educated the others about their part. It was a really interesting topic, something that people should be more aware about. After school, we went to a local mall, ate there, and of course shopped a lot. We all enjoyed our time.

In the morning we went to see the local forest. Throughout the trip we had to take pictures of plants and animals. After returing to school we had to create a story about something related to sustainability. After all of us presented we had lunch and begin our journey to Almada

On Thursday, we started the day by going to the beach, where the class took a surffing lesson. It was really fun, and for most of us, it was a completly new experience. Fortunately, the weather was great as well. Afterwards, we went to the local restaurants to eat something, and to rest a bit. In the afternoon, we went back to school. There, we learned about the radio, and how it works, we even played a kahoot game. Subsequently, we did an ecological footprint test where we learned how eco friendly we are. Shortly after that, we all watched different videos related to being eco friendly, and we discussed what we learned. Then, we started doing a canva poster on how to be "more green", and that was the end of the day. Overall, it was one of the best days so far, because we got to try out completely new things.

We met at the Hungarian airport at 4 am. We ate there and then we got on the plane at 5:40. We had a mostly smooth flight and we arrived safely at the Portugal airport at 9:30. After that we needed to wait around half an hour, then we went to the school by bus. This way, we arrived at the school around 11 am and after that the host families took us to their homes and we could do anything we wanted in the afternoon

We met at the Portugal school at 5:30 am and then we got on a bus which brought us to the airport. We needed to hurry there, so we only had time to buy some water before going on the plane. We arrived in Vienna around 12 am and we had some problems there but everybody arrived safely. Then we spent some time there, eating and other stuff before we got on the bus at 3:10 pm. We arrived in Kelenföld around 5:35 pm and then everybody could go home.

On wednesday we went to school at 9 am and made a paper ship. After that we made a podcast with some of our classmates about how green we are. In the afternoon we went to lisbon and ate an amazing cheese burger. Then we all went home

Despite the bad weather, my day in Almada was quite eventful. We started by going to school where we finished our presentations about eco-friendly inventions. The presentations went well, and it was great to see everyone's hard work come together. After school, we headed to a shopping center in Almada. There, I bought a few gifts for my family and friends back home. Later in the day, we went to Costa da Caparica, a popular beach. We met up with other Portuguese and Hungarian students there. Even though the weather was still cloudy, we had a good time sharing stories and playing games on the beach. Some of us even braved the cold water. It was a nice mix of learning, shopping, and relaxing by the sea, making for a memorable day despite the bad weather.

It was the first day to see everybody again.After the reunion we met Leroy who was our main teacher for the week, and also a lot more of the teachers includnig the headmaster. Our first task was going to a local forest where we had to find plants and animals.When we were done, our first class on sustainability was held. It was enjoyable, maybe a bit dull.Then we took of to Almada where we spent the rest of the day in the "Forum" a big mall.The first day of this experience was quite quick and tiring.
