Motivation for adult learners and how to motivate teachers through professional development. Motivation is based off Androgyny which Dr. Knowles defined as " the art and science of helping adult learn". Is it outlandish to create studies and see what motivates adults to learn. I believe theses studies help to identify a basis for continuing education whether it is through a job or just a social environment. All adults where once children and all had to have a style which was preferred when learning new things. What motivates adults. One chart that i seen through doing research on this topic gives several examples of how adults learn through motivation.
