"Melissa and Sarah should be our sisters of the week because to me they have been the sisters of the year for the past four years. A few days ago I ate a food that was contaminated with something I was allergic to and began to have an anaphylactic reaction. These two ladies did not hesitate to make sure I was okay. They calmed me down, told me what to do, and took me to get medical help. Melissa even got ready to use the epi-pen for me in the middle of downtown Storrs when both of us didn't know how. During one of the scariest nights of my life I had my two best friends with me in the hospital making me laugh and ensuring everything was okay. Sarah and Melissa are the epitome of what a sister of AEPHI should be. I never knew that there were people who were as caring and supportive until I met these two, and I am so grateful to call them my best friends.
