Geographically, it is in  the opening of the Messinian plain

The traditional stone houses, the beautiful square, the train station with the centuries-old plane trees and picturesque cafes, the old church  of the Sotir Christ  dating from 1861, as well as the newer Church of Agios Panteleimon, which dominates in the entrance , the springs of Mastaina with the picturesque church of the Assumption of the Virgin Maria, as well as the newer outdoor stone  theater "Stathia Konstantakopoulou" . All these you can see in Diavolitsi.
According to local tradition, Diavolitsi owes its name to a Byzantine official. Before then Diavolitsi was called  Andania .Andania was an important ancient city , the capital of Messinia and it was destroyed during the Second Messinian War.That period mysteries dedicated to the Great Gods (mainly the Goddess Demeter and her daughter Persephone) were performed. 
In Diavolitsi there is a Municipal Nursery School, a 2 /seat Kindergarten, a Primary School and a High Schol.Diavolitsi is home to the A.O .D Sports Club founded in 1957, which play at the village stadium.
Every summer in Diavolitsi cultural events ,called "Cultural August" are held in memory of Captain Vassilis Konstantakopoulos who came from the village(A famous Greek  ship owner).Musical and theatrical performances, literary evenings, shadow theater, puppet theater, speeches, traditional dances take place  in the outdoor theatre  Also, Diavolitsi is the end point of the "Andaneios Dromos", the road race that takes place every summer on a 17,000m long route (Ancient Messina - Diavolitsi).
For the last 24 years, the last weekend of the Carnival has been a local festival  based on volunteerism and  followed by traditional dishes, hot air ballooning, fun and dancing in the village square.Every year on the day of the Patron Saint  Panteleimon, a majestic doxology is performed in the homonymous Holy Chunch,  while a festival with traditional songs and dances  is held at the High School of the village in the evening.
In Diavolitsi there was a summer cinema for over 50 years,. In recent years, due to the financial crisis, the summer cinema has been silent for  ever.    

 

Bursa, geçmişe dair izleriyle de dikkat çeken bir kenttir. Osmanlı Devleti’nin ilk başkenti olması nedeniyle bu döneme ait sayısız eser yer almaktadır. Aynı zamanda da İstanbul’dan sonra Marmara Bölgesi’nin en büyük ikinci kentidir. Sanayisiyle de dikkat çeken bu kentin yine İstanbul’un arkasından gelerek 2. En büyük ihracat merkezi olduğu bilinmektedir. Otomotiv üretim merkezi olarak da dikkat çekmekte ve Türkiye’nin Detroit kenti olarak ifade edilmektedir. Otomotiv konusundaki faaliyetlerin yer aldığı Bursa Otomobil Müzesi de yer almaktadır.
