         <description><![CDATA[<div>It seems to me that once you are in the box you justify that which helps you feel better.  It is easy to say "no one ever did ______ for me so why should I do it for them?"  That is where we have to be the better person and break the cycle. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Being in the box is when people make a choice to disregard the thoughts, concerns, or engagements of others.  This is a dismissal of treating others as humans and refusal to show a type of engagement.  People are neither always in the box or entirely out of the box. I believe that this box is fluid throughout every given day. </div>]]></description>
