The reason for this is because the least the kids want is for some people to take them to their buses, which they already know. Every time we pick them up, there's always this one kid who runs away and encourages the rest to do the same. I've told them times before to stick together and not run away, but they'll do it anyway. A lot of them say "I have to go to the bathroom" and then run off to their bus. Another thing is that as soon as the kids see their friends they run off. The only way we can make sure that they won't run, is if we get there before 3:00.
