Ashley, I don't even know where to start. You have been an amazing mentor and friend to me over the years. You have put up with my flaws and my redbull driven wildness and you have always supported me. I have learned so much from you and I am truly a better person and leader for knowing you. I can't wait to see the impact that you are going to have on Georgia SkillsUSA. I know that they are getting an amazing advisor and they better appreciate you. My offer to fight a mean advisor for you always still stands, just say the word and I'm driving to GA. You may be working for Georgia now, but I know you'll always be a Vol at heart.

From the moment you joined I knew that you were going to be an AMAZING state advisor. You hopped on in the middle of the year and made my very first conference as a state officer one to remember. You have taught and aspired me to do so much over the past two years. You taught me that leadership is a skill and how to use it. Thank you so much for everything you've done and I can't wait to see what you do at GA. They (better) know that they're getting an AMAZING leader and (should be) grateful to have you!! This is the closest thing I have to a picture with you, which is sad lol. BUTTTTTTTT, I wanted to drop in and say that you will be dearly missed. I am very thankful for the time I have got to spend with you, even though it’s only been a year. You have seamlessly set me up for success in your absence which means so much to me. I am so very excited for you and can’t wait to watch you take this new journey in GA Baby! You will do a fabulous job, they know the greatness they snagged from TN. Ashley, thank you for being such a wonderful advisor. I don’t think there could have been a more perfect state advisor for TNTSA than you. You always cared for us and showed us such kindness even whenever you had ten million things to do. Thank you for always trying to make TNTSA memorable and fun. I’m so glad to have met you and being able to learn what a leader really means from you. I’ll miss seeing your face at state conference, but can’t wait to see all the wonderful things you do in GA. Ashley, I’ve had the pleasure of having you as a State Director for 2 years now and I can’t imagine a better one! I have no doubt you will do amazing things with SkillsUSA Georgia just like you did here. There are so many things that our team will never forget. You made both of my terms so amazing and insanely fun. I never worried as much when you were around because I knew you knew what to do and you could “Ashley talk” out of any situation. I’m so sad you’re leaving but those officers deserve the same experience you gave us. We will miss you so much!!

I literally do not know how to start this because it makes me sad to think about, but...

Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me, the team, and TNTSA. I mean it when I say this organization has flourished under your leadership, and I cannot imagine what my life would be like if you were not in it. You are a humble, intelligent, and kind leader. I have learned so much from you in what feels like such a short period of time. You have the kind of soul though that makes you feel like you've known a person for a lifetime. We are so incredibly proud of you and everything that you will continue to do with offering students opportunities. Here in TNTSA, once you're part of the family, you are always just that -- family. Although your time with is coming to an end, just know that the love and support will continue to follow you wherever you end up (unless it's with DECA; then we would need to talk). In all seriousness, though, thank you for being such a strong role model for us all. It is an honor and privilege to call you a boss, a mentor, and a friend. I am the biggest Ashley Acuff stan out there :)

Ashley, I’m going to miss you so much!!! Even though I have only you known you for a few short months, you have inspired me in so many ways! My favorite hype woman. We both know what would have happened to this organization if you didn't come when you did. TNTSA is so lucky that you found your way to Tennessee, and I am so grateful you did. I want to remind you whether your role is State Advisor or State Executive Director.
