They prefer informal sharing of their lesson during ttt or learning festival.
Consider giving the teachers the option
LO or Open classroom. Usually our competent teachers are the ones stretched and if we ask this of them on top of the other things they are doing for the department, they may shy away. For a start, start small, let them choose their audience - peers whom they are comfortable with.
