We got married on Decenber 9, 2016, it was a civil marriage, we got married in the city of Monteria, where I am from, that day we were acoomplanied by our closest friends and family, we were all afternoom until very early in the morning celebrating, there was a lot of drink and we prepared the signature dish of Neiva, my husband´s city "asado huilense" I felt very excited, Distraught by the weather, it rained that day before the ceremony, and then very happy that I had married the man who is now my husband.

He is Jeronimo, he is born on March 15, 2018, at 1:30 in the afternnon in the Hospital of city of Neiva, where we live... This experience was an explosion of emotions at the same time, when I felt the first contrations I was afraind that something would go wrong, begin in the delivery room I fetl a lot of nerves and anxiety, pain and tiredness, but then seeing it and touching it was wonderful, I fetl that it was just the two of us in this world. This is one of the most important days of my life.

The happiest day of my life

Throughout my life I have experiencied different types of especial days, but if there is one that I remember fondly it was the day I made my first cake, because I had bought my first stove with an oven, my first oven! I was more than happy, I also fetl grateful to God, and the first thing I wanted to prepare in Him was a cake. I shared it with my family and some neighbors, it eas delicious.

I´m not one to travel much, but my visit to the Hand of the Gigant, in the municipality of Gigante, Huila, was one of the most colorful, it is a mountain where we can find different spaces to take photos, fro a pair of huge hands, to a tree with millions of colored ribbons, a swing on the edge of a precipice that makes tou feel adrenaline, But at the same time it fills you with peace, a huge nest and many more attractions, I visited it a couple of months ago in the company of my sister and her family and it was a lot of fun.

My child´s accident

Jeronimo has been a very restless child since he learned to walk, but, two years ago, I was really scared the day I was called from kindergarden and said that I had suffered an accident. What a horror! I ran out to get him and took him to the doctor to get checked out, but thank God, nothing serious happened, he just had his first BUMP from the fall.

First day of schooll

I consider the first day of school to be a misture of emotions and moods for both children and parents. That´s what happened to Jero, and me, he wasn´t very happy about going to school, on the other hand, I was happy for his new stage and at the same time a litte nervous about separanting fro him, however, the one who cried was me. That was at the begining of the year 2023, I was surprised to pick him up because he didn´t want to leave school, he was very happy and made new friends.

My Studies

I have been very blessed by God, In 2012, 2016 and 2023 I have received schorlarhips from three diferent institutions to study for free, si I have felt fortunate to have these opportunities that I take full advantage of. The last of these opportunities was at an excellent institution, the National Open and Distance University, where Ibegan to study a bechelor´s degree in foreing languages with an emphasis on English.

Plans for a trip aboard

One of my motivations for learning English was to be able to travel the other countries and be able to comunicate fluently or at leastbe able to engage in normal conversation. That´s why, in the last three months that I was able to delve into the basic topics of grammar, phonetics, reading and writing. Which makes me feel motivated to skeep learning.
