Hi, this session is about EdPuzzle which is an education technology that allows you to not only share a video, but to include some questions within the video that your students can then answer.

The video you create can be shared on Teams, Moodle or via email to suit the way you are communicating with your students.

One of the main selling points about this is that the teacher can look and see the answers that the students have added, allowing engagement and progress to be monitored.

The video above will have provided you with a very brief overview into the features of EdPuzzle. It may be enough for you to use the account you have created and have a 'play' with editing a video of your choice.

The end product

What this training session begins with is an example of the end product so you can see what EdPuzzle can do. In this first video I have taken a video from YouTube and used EdPuzzle to create an interactive version of it that students would receive.

Please click on the link which will take you to the video. Your engagement with it and your responses will be collated for me to view. I will then be able to post this towards the end of the day for you to see the range of data that EdPuzzle generates.

During the video the presenter does make a reference to sharing your video in Google classroom. As we are not a Google college we would not use this option we would copy the link of the video and share that way.
