         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my first day intern at Mystar Holiday Travel &amp; Tours Sdn Bhd. My intern position is admin executive. The director of Mystar Holiday is Anven Foo. My working hours is 09.00am until 06.00pm from Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 01.00pm on Saturday. Sunday and public holiday will closed. <br><br></div><div>My table is the front office of the company. I’m the first person will see by the guest when the guest walk in to company, so the company request me should be properly dressed and smiling to the guest for give guest a good impression. <br><br></div><div>Madam Jenny is the sales admin, she help to guide and teach me. At first, she explained my scope of work and the matters need to pay attention. My current task is need to be familiar with the company's products and services, especially the main products of the company which are Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman and Pulau Perhentian package. I must clearly understand how to calculate the price(early bird, peak season, mid-year and year-end season are different price and also weekend, school holiday and public holiday will add on price), what includes in the package (meals, ferry transfer, snorkeling, accommodation and so on) and what doesn't contain in the package (travel insurance, transport fee, marine park conservation, snorkeling equipment and GST charges) and the payment term (confirm booking must pay 50% deposit and before 1 month of the travel date must full settle payment). This can help me when customers ask; I can clearly explain and promote the package to customers.<br><br></div><div>Second, I need to handle visa application cases. Mystar Holiday has provided China Visa and Australia Visa application. China Visa and Australia Visa application just open for Malaysian only, but the documents required and application way are different. Australia Visa just needs 1 piece customer passport photocopy only and 2-3 working days. There is difference between adults and children way of China visa application, for example adult need the original passport(expired date cannot less than 6 months), 1 pieces of passport photocopy, 2 pieces of passport size photo (white background), flight detail, tours detail and application form (all must be filled). For child, original passport(expired date cannot less than 6 months), 1 pieces of passport photocopy(parent sign) , 1 pieces of parent’s passport photocopy , Parents' marriage certificate, 2 pieces of passport size photo (white background), flight detail, tours detail and application form (all must be filled).<br><br></div><div>I believe I can adapt and cope with the work, I hope I can learn a lot of things in the intern.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is the second day, I’m intern in Mystar Holiday. As usual, my working hours is 9.00am until 06.00pm, and the lunch time 1 hours which 01.00pm until 02.00pm. For the first when I come in office every day, my task is open all the switch, for example light, aircond, computer, CCTV and so on.<br><br></div><div>At first, I continuous learn the visa application. Any visa application, our company just can do for Malaysian only, so we unable do for non-Malaysian. Because they worried about many non-Malaysian illegal long time stay in China and Visa, then will causing the company to enter the blacklist. Normally, visa application need 5 working days. When all documents are completely, I will call the runner Mr Kuna, he will come to collect the document and summit to Chinese Embassy in Malaysia. Every time, customer and runner come to drop down the passport or come to collect, all must be record in a book, record the time, date, customer or runner sign. I need to remember that China visa application heavy procedures, most document needs. I also need to remember the price of different type of visa application and the document that customer needs to prepare.<br><br></div><div>Second, my jobs have to pick up the phone to serve the customer. For example, if the customer wants to know the details of the tour package, I will transfer the call to the salesman. If the customer wants to know the progress of the order, I will check the computer information to answer the question and update the latest news, if it is the hotel or resort call for request invoice or payment, I will pass to sales admin.<br><br></div><div>In this intern can learn too many things, I hope can adapting as soon as possible. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today, I am start in charge to serve customers from pick up phone, email and facebool. My job focus on reply customers message, based on their enquiry provide the suitable answer. For example, customer will ask about the tour package, i will send the tour package to them. if by phone, i also request customer contact number and email address, then i can send the latest information or tour package to them.<br><br>Mystar holiday have their own website to promote tour package and function of intro product and service. if customer want get more detail or booking, they can direct send the enquiry or booking form in the website. The website automatic send the message to company email. Company request all of the staff must effectively reply customer as soon as possible. Either call or message, we must be polite, all the information we express must confirm and convey the message to the guest. For the requirement of customers, we must be recorded as the role of reference or remind us next time.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yesterday is a statutory public holiday in Malaysia, Thaipusam, Mystar Holiday take a day off. Today as usual working day.<br><br>Today I had a chance to learn something new. Mrs Jenny decided to let me try to become Mystar Holiday official Facebook page customer service. <br><br>Ms Jenny briefing the main work of customer service with Mystar Holiday Facebook official page. I must often update the travel promotion package information, design posters or flyer of travel promotion package. <br><br>Beside that, I must be aggressive and quick reply the guest inquiries, and also according to the guest's question to answer. In the process of communications with customers, I must be formal, polite tone to answer customer questions. I need time concerned about the needs of the customers, and always keep in touch with customers</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As usual, I was responsible for open the door and open the shop lights, air-conditioning, computers and closed-circuit television.<br><br></div><div>Every Monday, the company has to hire a cleaning worker, we call her Kak Sumepakra, she began to clean at 9 am, about 11:30pm to complete the cleaning and leave. I need to record her start and finish time for convenient the financial department calculate her hourly salary.<br><br></div><div>Today, my main job is to reply the company facebook,  company email also phone of customer inquiries. Because the company recently launched Redang Bay offers 3 days 2 nights snorkeling travel package, and the company's official website and Facebook page publicity and promote this package. Resulting our company received many inquiries, the phone almost every 5 minutes have a call from customers.<br><br></div><div>If guests call to inquire about the details, first we will request the customer name, contact number and email address. Because we needs to collect as a record, to facilitate company as a reference and analysis customers usually ask what kind of questions, and then we conclude to make the most correct and suitable answer to attract customers. On the other hand, sometimes encounter unable to send travel package details to the customer; we can call the customer contact number to confirm the e-mail address again. <br><br></div><div>For the company official Facebook page and email, we will direct send the travel package detail to customers. We will ask for the travel dates, the number of people and the preferred rooms, and then we help customer to estimate the budget. Sometimes, we also help guests to ask the hotel or resort  with the room availability in that date, if meet the problem of all room fully booked in that day, we will suggest customer consider others hotel /resort or recommend guests choose other dates.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today I have opportunity learn how to handle booking cases and the whole booking process. <br><br>When customer want to reserve the room, we will send the booking form to customer. Customer need to fill this form, important detail like travel date, travel place, number of pax, preferred room type, add on service such as 2 ways airport-jetty transport, travel insurance and so on. Customer will send back to us for proceed booking.<br><br>Second, we will send the customer booking to resort. If the room available for reserve, resort will send the reserve form to us. Otherwise, if resort room all fully booked, they will inform and suggest others date or others type of room available for reserve.<br><br>Third, when the room can confirm booking, we will send the sales order to customer. The sales order show the customer detail, travel date, which travel package and room type, price and due date of deposit or full payment. According the resort term, customer need to pay non-refundable 50% deposit of the payment. Balance or full payment must settle upon one month before the departure date. We will give three days for customer pay deposit or full payment. After three days did not receive any payment, the booking automatically cancel.<br><br>Last, when we receive customer payment, we will check the payment. After we confirm receive the payment, we will proceed the payment to resort. At the same time, we will send the guest form to customer, they need to fill all the tourist name, I/C, no tel, flight or bus detail. Normally, we proceed customer payment need three working days.<br><br>Finally, when customer settle balance or full payment, resort also confirm the full paid and send the tax invoice to us. Then, we will send the travel voucher to customer, customer just need print out the travel voucher and bring along to the trip.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As usual, my job focus on pick up phone, email and facebook reply and serve the customers. When customer ask the question about the tour package detail, if i do not sure the answer, i have to request the customer contact number and email due to confirm the answer first and then call back again.<br><br>I will refer the travel agent contract rate between myStar Holiday and hotel or resort. Travel agent contract rate showed the room rates, product, service and package their provided. If I cannot find the answer from this contract, the others way that I can do are direct call to the hotel or resort for enquiry. After confirm and collect answer, I will call back to customer. <br><br>Second, I need to serve the walk in customer. My position in front office. The first will meet the customer. Before open the door to the customer, I need to ask from the bell calls in order to ensure our staff safety. If customer want to know the tour package, i will give the flyer about the tour package.<br><br>Beside that, if customer want face to face talk with our salesman, i will invite customer to our reception room and take water for customer drink. Based on their request, I will arrange the suitable and comprehend the package salesman talk to customers. Sometimes, the customer want to book hotel or tour package, I also need invite customer come to reception room. The guest can fill the booking form and settle payment in a comfortable and convenient environment.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today, my job focused on request travel agent contract rate from hotel and resort. Travel agent contract rate is showed the suggested selling room rates, product and service price for hotel and resort, how many percentage agent rate or commission give travel agent.Normally, the contract rate period is one year, after that we need to renew contract rate with hotel/resort.<br><br>First, I have read the hotel database from our office system. The system will showed the hotel and resort list separate by state. The list have hotel/resort name, person in charge name, contact number, email and travel agent rate expire date. I need to mark down the hotel or resort if the contract rate has expired.&nbsp;<br><br>Second, when i collect the data which hotel/resort contract rate expired. I have to send myStar Holidah Travel &amp; Tours Sdn Bhd JKKK which is the travel agency permit and format letter to renew the contract rate by email. I will call to hotel and resort to confirm they received the email after i sent email.<br><br>Third, when hotel and resort send the latest contract rate, I have to download, print out as reference, and record in our office system hotel database, update the expire date. The contract rate need fill our company detail, chop and sign. After that fax or email back to them.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today, a guest took four books original passport to company for apply Chinese visa. But this case is special because the guest request does six months multi entry, one year multi entry and two years multi entry to China.<br><br></div><div>Mrs. Jenny guides me how to handle this special case because China Visa multi entry is completely not the same as ordinary China visa application document required. Normally, China visa single entry and double entry just require original passport, passport copy, two pieces passport size photo with white background, visa application form, flight details form and tour details only. <br><br></div><div>For China visa multi entry, more require the documents and the process is more complex. They can be three type multi entries, for example: half year, one year and two years multi entry. First of all, half year and one year multi entry require the same documents but different prices. The document needs are original passport, passport copy, two pieces passport size photo, application form, once get Chinese visa evidence working permit or work invitation letter from China and working permit or approve send to China working letter  from Malaysia.<br><br></div><div>Second, for the two years multi entry, actually the document require is same with half year and one year multi entry, but they also wants showed China's business card or license. Although there are different types and different prices of Chinese visa, but all the same shall be five days working days to complete.<br><br></div>]]></description>

First, i have to seperate the document in few part, for example tax invoice for customer, official receipt, resort invoice, payment voucher and so on. All need to be in accordance with the date of order.<br><br>Second, i have to handle reply customer in facebook, website, email, phone call and whatsapp. For facebook, website and email, i have to follow the format and politely&nbsp; answer. The boss asked me to design quptation and flyer for Bali Trip, Thailand. <br><br>First, I had to request travel agent contract rate from Thailand Travel Agency and Resort. I need to convert the baht into Ringgit Malaysia, calculate the appropriate price on the quotation. <br><br>Second, I had to search the photo of  Bali tourist attractions photo and resort/hotel room photo for design the quotation and flyer.<br><br>Third, when I design the quotation, I need mentioned the important things such as price, itinerary, package include and exclude, photo and remark term and condition. <br><br>Last, when I completed design the quotation and flyer, I have to summit the quotation and flyer to my boss. He will check what I do, if there are problems, will be made to let me immediately modify. If confirm that no problem, will be saved in the pdf file, and then put on the website</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My main job for today is responsible for handling room bookings.<br><br>When guests want to book travel package, we will call the hotel due to ask the room availability. When the hotel confirms that the room all fully booked, we will inform the guests and advise guests to change the other dates or other hotels. <br><br>If the hotel said the room availability, we will send a booking form to the customer and advise customer fill the booking form and send back to us, then we will proceed the booking.<br><br>We will send the booking detail to hotel, when hotel confirm the booking, hotel will send the invoice to us. I need double check the travel date, room type, price and so on. After that, I have to key in the detail in SQL Accounting System for make an sales order to customer. <br><br>I have to check the sales order to make sure that the information I key in is correct.
 Before I send the sales order to the guest, I also need to check again to make sure that the sales order no problem can be sent to the guests.<br><br>Every sales order I key in must ensure that guest information, check-in hotel, check-in and check-out dates,  travel package rates, additional service price, price includes GST, due date of deposit / full payment and so on.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have opportunity learn SQL accounting system for today.SQL Accounting software is a tool for us to enter the company financial record.<br>SQL Account software consists of six core modules which are GL, Customer, Supplier, Stock, Sales, and Purchase. <br>Mrs Jenny teach me the simple step and concept at the first time. First, i have to learn how to record customer information. In the customer detail, we need record the customer name, card identify, number telefon and email address. <br>After I entered customer detail, then i can do the sales order or tax invoice. Sales order is the customer booking cases, the customer haven't pay yet. Tax invoice is the customer booking cases, the customer already settle the full payment.<br>When create a new sales order or tax invoice, first must find the customer name, second put the order date and sales admin name. Every service our company provide must have their own code. And then key in the price, we must pay attention and double check the package deyail and price. I also need to alert the price include gst charge or not.<br>Everytime I create the sales order or tax invoice, I have to save in computer and price 1 set for record.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today, my main job are send the email to resort or hotel request the travel contract rate for 2017. The Travel agent contract rate with our company and resort  or hotel almost expired date in 31-03-2017.<br><br>The email must be polite and then remind them that the expired date of the contract.
 I also have to attached the license of Travel agent.<br><br>After I send the email, I have to call them to make sure resort or hotel received the email. And remind them hope to hear from them soon.<br><br>Everytime I send the email and call, I have to record in the hotel database of our company. Sometimes, some resort and hotel already send the latest travel agent contract rate, I also need download and check.<br>I have to print for sales manager sign and then fax and send back to the resort or hotel to prove our company agree with the contract rate.<br><br>We have a file is Hotel Database to record all the resort or hotel contract rate detail such as resort/hotel name, expired date, email and no contact. This is easy for us to check and follow up.</div>]]></description>

Before that, we will direct call the customer in order to ask about what place they prefered, how many person, included child in this company trip, travel date, budget and special add on service.<br>Then, we will plan the suitable place and resort, itinerary, budget, transport, meal and drinks provide. <br>We have the quotation template for create company trip quotation. The quotation have show the place, how many day, itinerary, package rates per pax, package include and exclude. Our quotation just show the important information, let customer easy understand. <br>We need to descride term and condition to avoid misunderstanding.<br>We must double check to ensure the quotation everything right. I need to prepare the complete document.<br><br></div><div>First of all, need to fill out the application form, double check the customer information.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is a great honor for me, the company sent me to attend Redang Bay inspection trip. Because the factor of monsoon on the east coast of, which leads to the sea waves are super big, in order to the safety of residents and tourists , the government has published every November until February Pulau Redang must be close, don't sail into the island and each hotel can't open.<br><br>Today is Redang island open day, Redang Bay Resort invite cooperation travel agency come to attend inspection trip. My company  already booked a flight at 7 o 'clock in the morning, departed from KLIA2 to Terengganu airport. The flying time is 1 hour, at 8 am I had arrived at the destination. The resort have arranged for the driver to meet us.<br>Other travel agency staff and me together sent by bus to the Shahbandar jetty. Airport only take half an hour to the Shahbandar Jetty, we directly to the resort's counter take our ocean park conservation fee receipts and ferry transfer ticket. In 9.00 o'clock in the morning, we began queuing up to the ferry and depart to Redang Island. <br><br>Normally, from jetty to Redang island just need one hour and half only, but today's wave is super big, delayed nearly two hours to get to the Redang island. After arriving at Redang Bay Resort, the receptionist told us about matters that should pay attention and inspection trip schedule. Later, she give us the room key for go back room to have a rest. We went to the restaurant to enjoy buffet lunch at 12.00pm. Because the sea waves is very big, snorkelling activities cancelled, we free and easy to take a walk on the beach and buying souvenirs. I pay attention of each hotel, design, what hotel is next door, if guest inquiries in the future, I can answer.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to hotel's schedule, today I get up at 7 o 'clock in the morning and enjoyed the buffet style breakfast.<br><br></div><div>After a rest, close to the 9 o 'clock in the morning, the resort have announced they have Ocean Park snorkelling activity 9.30 in the morning. If want join, please come to snorkeling counter prepare. We need to pay RM 25 to the counter for rent 1 set snorkelling equipment which are  life jacket and masks.<br><br></div><div> We go together with four snorkeling coach, before departure, they will check and make sure our life jackets wear in right way. We depart by speedboat to the Ocean Park.<br><br></div><div>First of all, the coach will teach us do warm-up exercise, explain the matters need to pay attention, such as safety and avoid the direction of the rapids. The coach guide us the step of snorkeling and bring us snorkeling watch the fish such as fish, coral, sea urchin and so on. The snorkeling take about 1 hour and half, the coach will call us ashore, ready to go back. After we back to the resort, we take a bath and eat lunch.<br><br>1 o 'clock in the afternoon, we visit the resort with the guidance of the staff, we can ask staff about the resort's question and take photos. Staff will take us to see them all kinds of rooms such as twin room, triple room, family room and dorm, facilities which are swimming pool, laundry room, snorkeling counter, diving counter, night bar, restaurant and so on, staff clearly explain how their hotel operations, time table, how many room, how many staff and so on. <br><br>After dinner, we free and easy, can enjoy the night band.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I get up at 7 o 'clock this morning, after washing a face and brush my teeth, and then I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast. <br><br>Every day there will be two times ship from Redang island to Shahbandar jetty, respectively are 7 o 'clock in the morning and 12 o 'clock in the afternoon. <br><br>But one time ship can accommodate around 200 people only, so resort is according to the guest's flight time or bus schedule of time, such as their plane at 1 PM, guests will be seated at 7 o 'clock in the morning. <br><br>Because of my flight time are  5.00pm, I was arranged by 12 PM ship back to Shahbandar jetty. After breakfast I back to my room and packing . About 11.30am, the resort has to arrange lunch for us to enjoy. <br><br>The sea waves particularly large for today, resort have notify the ship delay until 12.30 o'clock in the afternoon, the resort called all the guest, go together by boat .<br><br>After we ship, because the waves or particularly big, they delayed again about half an hour before sailing. About two and half hours, we arrived at the Shahbandar jetty.<br><br>Later, we were arranged to visit Redang Bay head ffice, in Kuala Terengganu Chinatown. The incharge person Ms Tan introduce their employees, working hours, the arrangement of the order processing and so on. After that, they take us to the airport for check in. My Redang island inspection trip is end.</div>]]></description>

Our company every month have a meeting to report the performance of a week, found the problem, analysis solution and set new goals together. I also share my experience and thought about Redang Island inspection trip.<br><br>The boss will lead our for the setting new target, such as we will focus on promote Redang Beach package in social media this week. our sales target for the Redang Beach promotion week is RM40000, some staff responsible for facebook reply the guest pm and personal message, some staff responsible for answering the customer's phone and call to resort  confirm the room available, some staff responsible design flyer and handle booking.<br><br>Redang Beach promotion week mainly promote early bird season which encourage customer go to travel Redang Island start from this week until 16th April 2017. When Redang Beach Promotion posted on social media cause an intense reaction. For ecxample, telephone ring in the morning until evening we leave office, face the hundreds pm of get more infrometion, and more than twice as many as usual personal message direct ask about  the detail.</div>]]></description>

I responsible for Facebook reply customer pm, first I will send "Hi, thanks for your interested." and then attached the promotion quotation and detail. I also send " any inquiry please hesitate ask us. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.".<br><br>Every customer pm also reply we already pm done, kindly check your inbox. This can be record the customer pm, I already send. If the customer see the file I attached, they can direct ask us question. Then I need to reply as soon as possible. <br><br>Today have a walk in customer request apply China visa for one year multi entry. I have to check the original passport and photo, and then give customer fill the application form. Customer pay by cash, I need to create the tax invoice and official receipt as soon as possible and print out for customer as a prove when next he/she come to pick up the passport. <br><br>Then I need to prepare document, for example check application form that customer already fill, flight detail letter, check invitation letter from China company and approval letter from Malaysia company. After the document done and checked, I'm call the runner come to collect passport summit to China Embassy。</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today get many customer booking Redang Beach Resort snorkeling package. First, I would call to Redang Beach sales office ask about the room available or not in that travel date customer request. <br>If room available in that day, I will send the myStar booking form to him/her by email or facebook. If room not available in that day, I will ask Redang Beach which travel date room available. Then I will suggest customer may consider choose others travel date or they may consider choose others resort.<br><br>When customer already fill the booking form and send back to us. We will send the booking form to Redang Beach. They will proceed the booking. When the booking confirm, they will send the proforma invoice to us. We need to check the customer detail, date and price. After that, we will create the sales order to customer and mentioned need to pay 50% deposit or full payment (if less than 1 month departure date) in three day. If customer pay the deposit, we will check in payment and proceed out payment to Redang Beach. We will send the sales order to customer prove they already paid the deposit when in payment confirm. We will inform that the due date for balance payment. We have record and before one week of due date, we will remind customer. <br><br>If full payment, we will send the tax invoice and travel voucher to customer. We also need to remind customer should be come Shahbandar jetty before 8.30am and go to counter no 6 Redang Beach to pick up their marine park receipt and ferry ticket.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week is Redang Beach Early Bird promotion month. I need to reply customer pm in facebook and reply customer inquiry in email. Additionally, I also have to pick up to serve customer.<br><br>Second, I must handle the customer booking. If customer haven't pay payment yet. I have to call him/her remind the due date and amount. If customer already paid deposit. I have to check in payment and proceed out payment to Redang Beach resort. When Redang Beach received the deposit payment, they will send the tax invoice to us, this can prove the booking already paid deposit and reserve room successful.<br><br>Third, when the customer paid full payment or balance, if they already settle the payment. Same method with deposit payment, I need to check in payment and proceed out payment to Redang Beach Resort. When Redang Beach received, they sent the tax invoice to us. We will create the tax invoice and travel voucher to customer. In the same time, we sent the guest list form to customer, request customer fill all the guest list include themselves about the full name, no I/C, address and flight or bus detail. Then we will send the guest list form to Redang Beach. They will register marine park fee, ferry and resort check in and transport arrangement(if customer request). We have to check the guest list form, full name and no I/C, if foreigner, we will request their foreign no I/C and birth date. This guest form can be used for check the Malaysian and foreigner because the marine park fee for Malaysian and foreign are different which RM5 for Malaysian and RM30 for foreigner. </div>]]></description>

He send the February and March payment voucher and payment cash voucher to me. <br><br>I have to record all the out payment from February until March. Every payment voucher and payment cash voucher, I must save in our company share drive. Every payment voucher and payment, I need staple with the receipt and bank in slip.<br><br>After that, I will be arranged according to the date, collect in the Payment voucher 2017 folder. For the receipt don't print out from desktop, I have scan the receipt in our share drive.<br><br>Next, reply customer message by Facebook, email, whatapps. We focused on promote Redang Beach Package. If customer request others resort, we also send the others resort detail to customer.<br><br>I also need to follow up customer deposit payment and balance payment. If the customer request booking, I will send the booking form to them and request customer fill and send back to us.<br><br>When customer send the booking form, I must double check the detail and ask customer need request any add on service such as travel insurance, airport / bus terminal to jetty transport service and so on. After confirm with customer, I will send to Resort for booking.<br><br>Second, I have list systematically all the February document in folder. For example for the cases customer full paid and already go to travel, I have separate Customer tax invoice, Resort tax invoice, customer bank in slip. out payment to resort and transport, and so on. All the document must arrange according by date and no invoice. <br><br>Every close cases make sure have 4 items, then I can filling in folder. Tax invoice must together with sales order, customer bank in slip must staple with offcial receipt to prove our SQL system record customer already paid, our company out payment must staple with payment voucher make sure out SQL system have record we already paid to resort.</div>]]></description>

My boss Interpretation of the large tourism trade fair with us this week, which is MATTA FAIR.<br><br>The matta fair will be held in March 17 until 19, in PWTC Kuala Lumpur. Boss will assign manpower, there are two sales admin and my two boss will promote our package in the MATTA fair, another colleague and me, will continue to stay in office with daily work.<br><br>As usual, I reply the customer message in Facebook, website, whatsapp, wechat and email. I also  answering the telephone and explain the package to customer. Next, I have follow up the customer booking, which inform customer payment due date and so on.<br><br>For MATTA Fair, our preparation work are request with resort, hotel and supplier the MATTA fair price list. My work need to key in the foreign tour package detail, for example departure date, tourism and travel schedule, promotion price and so on. This for easy our staff, when customer ask which date have tour, they can check faster and easy search.  </div>]]></description>

And then write our company will have the own counter in the MATTA, hope to cooperate with your company, together promote tour package and request MATTA fair promotion price list. I also attached our company KKKP license copy, MATTA fair license copy and Matta fair counter confirm letter.<br><br>Every time we send the email must record in our database. After that, we need call to hotel, resort and tour package supplier inform that we already send the email and they can reply as soon as possible.<br><br>When they send the MATTA fair promotion price list to us, we need to download and check the tour detail and price. We also need to record to our database. We will print out the price list and summit to our boss. When my boss confirm the price list.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Yesterday we received the hotel, resort and tour package supplier send their MATTA fair promotion price list. The promotion price list already check the price and detail. When my boss confirm the price list, we will do the flyer and quotation. <br><br>My job for today are create the MATTA fair special promotion quotation for Laguna Redang Resort and Redang Beach Redang. Just this two Redang Island resort only have participate the MATTA fair. First, I search this two resort photo for design the quotation.<br>Next is key in their promotion price list for customer. The important things for me are write down all the term and condition, I must highlight favorable terms, this will be convenience of our customers easy to read, clear understand and not misunderstanding.<br><br>I also have to mention the payment method and due date in the quotation. For example, the MATTA fair promotion for Laguna and Redang Beach Resort are same travel period from 1st April until 16th October 2017. This promotion price valid for weekday only which are Sunday until Wednesday except school holiday, eve of public holiday, public holiday and weekend. When customer confirm booking, they need fill the booking form and pay the non-refundable 50% deposit before 19th March 2017. <br><br>I print out and photostat around 300 set of quotation Redang package for preparation MATTA fair.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our company have promote Laguna Resort and Redang Beach Resort in MATTA fair. Today my task is collected all the booking form from MATTA fair. I checked the customer detail and call to resort sales office confirm have room available for booking. After that I sent the booking form to Resort email.<br><br>If we call to resort, they said no room available in that day. I direct call to customer inform and suggest they change to others travel date or others resort. Then we must mentioned customer need reply before 4.00pm, after 4.00pm booking can't get the MATTA fair promotion because today is the last day promotion valid for Laguna Resort.<br><br>When resort confirm the booking, I key in the customer data and create the sales order for customer. Before that, I must checked the price that resort give to us and check the price for our sales admin give to customer. After confirm, I create the sales order and send the sales order to customer. After I sent the email, I direct call to customer inform that check the email and remind them must pay the deposit or full payment in three working days.<br><br>For customer already paid the deposit or full payment, I have to check the in payment and send the out payment to my boss for proceed out payment. When my boss send the out payment bank in slip to me, I also checked the bank account number and amount are right. Then I sent to resort for paid deposit or full payment for the booking.</div>]]></description>

In addition, I need to reply customer facebook inbox message and customer facebook page pm the detail.<br><br>When customer would like to booking the Lost World entrance ticket. I will send the booking form to him/her and require they fill the booking form and send back to us.<br>After customer fill the booking form and send back to us, I will create the SQL Accounting System sales order invoice send to customer by email or facebook inbox message.<br><br>When customer pay the full payment, I will summit the booking to my boss for check in payment and proceed out payment. When my boss confirm the in payment, I will transfer the sales order to tax invoice by SQL Accounting System.  I have to create the travel voucher for customer, the travel voucher must list down the customer detail, check in date, Lost World contact no and term and condition. And then send to customer redeem ticket in lost wolrd counter and Lost World sales office to record bulk ticket.</div>]]></description>

Our facebook page get more than 100 likes click from our facebook follower within 2 hours after the advertisement published. <br><br>My job is focus on reply customer facebook pm and messages. I will explaine the promotion package detail to our customer. When customer would like to booking, I will send the booking to him or her. Before that, I will give the quotation to customer, make sure they understand the package's include and exclude. When customer confirm the check in date, I will call to resort confirm with their staff make sure have room available for reserve in that day.<br><br>I try to reply customer as soon as possible. In other ways, I also answer the phone call, some customer if see our advertisement, they will direct call to our office number. I will explain the package detail and request them provide the email address and phone number in order to send the quotation pdf file to them. After I send the email, I have to call to customer make sure they received the email.<br><br>Some customer request the resort photo. I send email to resort request the official resort and room photo. In the same time, I also enquiry about the room facilities. This can help me when customer ask about this issue.</div>]]></description>

After that, I have to reply all facebook pm.<br><br>Second, I have check company email. Because our supplier, hotel and resort, they will updated travel tour package, available room for reserve details, and latest offers. If supplier, hotel and resort send any promotion package and detail, I need to update the information to our company system, and forward the email message to my boss. I also have remark in my note book, and share the information and discuss in next time meeting.<br><br>Third, follow up the customer message and pm, if customer would like to booking, I have to send the booking form to customer and request customer fill the form and send back to us. After customer fill the form and send back to us, we have summit the form to resort. When resort confirm booking, and send the proforma invoice to us. I have to double check the customer detail, date, package detail and price. After make sure all the details are right, I have to create a sales order for customer by SQL Accounting System. <br><br>I also have to double check the sales order before send to customer. Or some customer are vegetarian, I need to remind resort special prepare the meal for vegetarian.<br><br>After confirm with resort, I also need call to customer make sure they received travel voucher. I need to specify where the driver is waiting for customer, the resort counter in the jetty, where the bus terminal and terminal ferry distance, remind guests need to print the travel voucher to terminal ferry, etc.<br><br>Our travel voucher have list the customer detail, booking detail, resort contact number, driver name, number plate, driver contact number, resort counter in charge person and contact number. Customer can show the travel voucher in resort counter redeem ferry ticket. We discuss about the customer'response and the new trend now. <br><br>We find some problems which are we promote Sun Beach Resort Tioman Island promotion but Paya Beach Resort is more than Sun Beach Resort. The second problem  is many customer request Berjaya Tioman package, but we don't have Berjaya Tioman Resort contact rate. <br><br>We understand customers not only pay attention for the price, the customer also focus on quality of the hotel, such as room design, food flavor, employees' service quality, passenger to the evaluation of the hotel, and so on, these are many factor to consideration. At last, my boss will try to contact Berjaya Tioman Resort sales office to talk the cooperation and require travel agent contract rate. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>24/04/2017 is the public holiday. Many customer inquiry about Lost World of Tambun entrance ticket. I reply and attached Lost World of Tambun quotation to customer.<br><br>When customer would like to booking. I will send the booking form to customer. I require customer fill up the form and send back to us. When we received customer booking form, I will issues the customer detail and sales order by SQL Accounting system. <br><br>After issue sales order, I will double check the sales order before send to customer. I will call to inform customer. When customer send the transaction bank in slip, I will send to my boss check the in payment. My boss checked and confirm the in payment. I will direct issues the travel voucher to customer and send a copy to lost world of Tambun sales office because we already purchases many ticket can bulk the ticket directly to customer.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today, my task same like usual handle the booking. I deal with the transaction customer in payment and my boss out payment to resort. <br><br>I also reply Facebook comment, message, whatsapp, wechat and email. I also need to answer customer phone call. I must check every booking. If customer forget pay the payment, I need to call inform and remind again about the payment. If customer request cancel the booking. I will send to resort and cancel the booking. If customer forget pay the payment and require postpone the due date, I will discuss with resort hold the booking.<br><br>If customer not received call, I will give some message through facebook message, whatsapp, wechat and email to inform customer. If customer not any reply or response, booking directly cancel after 3 days of due days.</div>]]></description>
