Anyway, so I discover this fanfiction on Thursday, and technically started it that day, but I only read like three paragraphs. Anyway ever since, I've been reading nonstop cuz it's AMAZING and I'm OBSESSED. So today, I was reading a chapter where the older sister apologizes for telling her parents her problems because she didn't plan to give them anything else to deal with since they had a new kid, and of course her mom made sure she knew she should always come talk to them when she has a problem.
As I was reading, I was upset, obviously, because how could she think she was less important than her sister?
But then as I was telling my crush about my day (a story for another day- prolly tmrw XD), I realized that's exactly what I do!
And yeah. Funny, but Idk if it is to anyone else.
Random side note that's somewhat connected, a while back, I had this theory that the reason why I get super nervous to talk to people, especially adults, is because my dad can be really set in his ways, and will often end up lecturing us for hours over one question. He's a good dude, wonderful with my little sister and trying to not always blame the older child and trying to be less hard on my older brother, so y'know, don't think he's a bad parent or anything.
Anyway, so I realized I might avoid talking to avoid trouble. Now, I think that's stupid, but I mean... maybe?
ANYWAY I told my mom this theory in that totally nonchalant I'm-a-dumb-kid-who-has-no-clue-that's-anything-but-interesting way that clueless childs (yes I did that on purpose) have, and she just hugged me and said, I'm sorry, and I was just like um ok and pretended I had any idea what was happening.
