And making sure every teacher follows this, I feel terrible for students who don't get the same education simply because they are on a different team, there has to be cohesion among teams. I am not saying every teacher needs to teach the same lessons the same way, but all kids should be learning at the same expectations and be given all the same technological and pedagogical experiences.
