Implications can make education a challenging environment because these obstacles mask the underlying issues that may be present. For example, an implication is poverty: which leads to a huge influence on a students life (at any age). These factors highly affect their ability to prioritize education but understanding these implications make all the difference in supporting students. Educators have to remember that these implications vary student-to-student so being flexible and understanding can make a difference in their learning. Generational influence and expression also affects your ability to understand and adapt students and how they are/can be.

Mindfulness in the Classroom...

I've learned it's important to be mindful of even small details, like how we talk about holidays, such as Thanksgiving. Doing so can benefit eduction because it creates an environment where students feel comfortable and respected, knowing they don't celebrate the same as everyone else. It let's students know everyone celebrates differently and it's okay if they aren't doing the "traditional" thanksgiving things.

I think the challenges of having inclusion with kids, with disabilities is that not all kids can sit in the classroom all day and not have any behavior . The other kids are not getting their education and it takes many staff away from the other kids learning. I believe that we should have separate classrooms and the kids who can be in general education great otherwise they should be in their own classes.
