It was similar to a seesaw. There would be one person at first, and then another one would jump on and cause the first to launch off. I was terrified when it was my turn, but I knew I had to try, so I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.Then suddenly, I was flying through the air and it was the best feeling in the world. I landed with a huge splash into the pool. It was so cool and I went again several times!

How does this relate to the theme?

This relates to the theme because, I was super scared to participate in the blob pool activity, but I made myself try and it ended up becoming one of the best experiences I've ever had!

One day, my dad decided to make it using our new air fryer that we had just purchased. Once they were cooked, he set them out on the table. He asked me to try it and I was hesitant. Then I knew my dad would be disappointed if I didn't try it so I reluctantly took a bite. It was delicious!! It was seasoned perfectly and it was soft yet crunchy at the same time. Since then, I have always loved brussel sprouts. 

How does this relate to the theme?
