Online quizzing to check understanding of concept taught in a time effective manner, plus identification of common misconceptions.

Easy to share lesson materials with students if they have missed a lesson etc, or so that they can review that they have noted/ understood things correctly.

Students are more willing to ask for help outside of class if they can do so quickly using their phones or tablets at home.

Cons: 

Potential source of distraction (e.g. students opening social media instead of paying attention to the lesson).

Time is wasted when the lesson is dependent on DTs and the wifi etc goes down. Need to be able to deliver the lesson by more traditional means if this happens.

2.The more that technology advances, the faster new and more efficient versions are designed. This is a problem because you may have the newest and best piece of technology, but it will become obsolete in very little time.
3. A major social divide among the students who can and cannot afford these technologies.
4.totally dependent of wifi if it wont work then you need to continue in other ways.

4.Incorporating technology into the classroom means that students have exposure and access to different ways of learning.

However, DT requires more planning than more traditional mediums, backup always required as DT can be unreliable. CIE pressures - student feedback is that 'real' learning not happening, and they prefer notes, more strategies to tackle exam questions. 3.Planning the lesson is time consuming. However, once done its a useful resource for other teachers.

1.Unpredictable internet services.
2.Students are used to traditional mode of teaching and are exam centered learning, so a good blend of technology and teaching will be most useful.

2. 3D structres are easy to see and study in pictures
3. Connecting microscope to multimedia makes identification of cells and tissues easy for teachers to teach and students to learn

DISADVANTAGES
1.availability of internet
2.distraction in students
3. too much information on internet for students to pick and choose keeping CIE syllabus in mind for project work
4. challenge for teachers to monitor
