Enjoyed the sharing on providing opportunities to G1 students to showcase their talents to parents early in the morning. It is nice to see the alignment and connection made from Sec 2 to Sec 3 so as to start the bonding and sense of belonging earlier on.

Great idea on having student-led conference to encourage students to encourage conversation between student with both teachers and parent to gain deeper understanding of students achievements, struggles etc.

Suggestion to increase student engagement: Involve student/class leaders in preparing for the PTM (eg. Class deco - showcase class culture, activities they have done, learning points/reflection). Parents can view them while waiting for their turn.

Love the idea of having a sen toolkit in every classroom as some students who are undiagnosed may require support. It is not possible for all classes to have access to SEN officers hence this toolkit would be very useful for form teachers to implement.

Thanks for the suggestion and trialing the SLC. For sec 1s and 4s, if we don’t confine the reflection sheet to the HB, there is freedom to ask curated questions - eg sec 1 on transition and discovering themselves, and sec 4 on hopes and ECG, by digitizing it, or placing it online, it helps new form teachers to follow up and cohere with what had already been shared.

The mission cards prepared for PSLs are really thoughtful and also encourages the PSLs to perform their role well as a PSL. The designed badges serve as an encouragement for the PSLs contributions.

The Pathlight project was very interesting. Students had the chance to meet and write to someone from another school/different from them. It teaches them to be empathetic and helps in raising awareness of what is happening around them.

I was intrigued by the different activities across levels that the students could do and showcase to their parents. I like how games were personally created by the students and it was put on showcase for the parents and other students to try. I like idea about breakfast bonding time too! Really a good platform for teachers and students to just sit and spend time together eating.

I really like the idea of having Peer Support Leaders (PSLs) conduct the talk for parents. It’s a meaningful initiative that allows parents to gain insights into the thoughts and perspectives of their teenage children.

I’m inspired by this and would love to explore more ways to empower different groups of students in my school to take on such authentic and impactful roles.

I like how the mission cards are used for the teachers to affirm the PSLs. PSLs definitely feels motivated to look out for their friends.

The sharing of the VIA promotes inclusivity and definitely harness's pupils' 21st CC skills. Collaborating with inter department enhances the intent and meaningfulness of the whole programme. Good job colleagues!

The PSL programme is also structured and well-defined with lower primary students also on board. As an AYH LP, I have always wanted our students to be on board with leadership training. Thank you!
