The reason why the video connects to sterotypes is because the people judge a whole group by one persons actions, For scene one Ponyboy thinks all greaser girls act a lot tougher than soc girls. Ponyboy also thinks the only thing separating socs and greasers is just money, but there is a lot more than that and not all greasers are separted from Socs. In Scene two, Randy thinks a greaserscould never do something a Soc can do because the greasers are “bad” and also thinks if you get a little money the worls hates you. Not all greasers hate socs. Scene three states that Bob thinks all greasers are just trash and Ponyboy states that all Socs are just Spoiled Trash with nice cars and Madras. Scene four states that Ponyboy thinks only greasers have struggles and socs don’t.All these scenes are sterotypes and are based on one person but the whole group is blamed for it or incorrect asumpitions.
