I moved from Berlin to go to Out With which is the name of my new house. I’m unhappy to move in Out With because I’m not with you and I don’t like the house which is really creepy. Right now, mother and me don’t get along with Father because a few days ago, Gretel, who is a hopeless case, and me saw through the window, behind the forest, wa saw a farm where there people with pyjamas. It was very strange….

I move to empty place,I took the train and after the car,I live with my sister Gretel(a Hopeless case), my mom ,Maria and my dad and many soldiers who go out and go in. I saw through a window and I sea stranges farmers, they wear pyjamas. My home he’s call «Out-With » strange name. My dad forces me to say « Heil Hitler » when I leave this office.

Early in the morning, I took the train with my mom and Gretel and we arrived to our new house which is called “ Out-With “. The house looks sad and boring because it is very empty. The house is smaller than the one in Berlin and there is no banister. I really want to go back in Berlin so I can play with you again. There are a lot of soldiers who look scary, strict and strange. In my room there is a window and I looked outside and I saw a lot of farmers who only wear pyjamas. There were children, grand-fathers, fathers and uncles. They looked unfriendly, dirty and scary. My Father taught me a new salute which every soldier does to show respect to my Father. It is “ Heil Hitler “. My mother and Father won’t stop arguing about his new job…

Hello Karl,my new life here is dull and sad. My new house is dark and ugly. It is huge and big but it is cold. It is in a forest in Out With. My dad is strict and he scares me. My parents argue and the atmosphere is not better. I sas men,old and young,in striped pyjamas in a farm. This is weird

The Hopeless Case thinks that we moved in the countryside but I don’t think so because we took the car, the train and the car again. The new house is the exact opposite of the house in Berlin. It’s in the middle of NOWHERE. This house is awful !

I send you a letter from my new house “Out-With ”. Today I have seen a bunch of farmers (they wear striped pyjamas, it’s too crazy). Gretel was a Hopeless Case, our new house is so "sad" (grey,black and white, no colour), there is no banister,I’m so sad because here there is no friends to play with me. When I arrived in Out-With, I see my new house. It’s so ugly because it’s brown and grey. And there’s absolutely no flowers. I want to come-back to Berlin !

The other day I saw, through the window, a countryside because there is a farm where they are fathers, grandfathers, uncles who wear striped pyjama but there is no woman.

Today I went to my Dad’s office to complain about my new house and I asked a lot of questions about the people who I saw through the window.

I arrived at some strange place called Out-with, I really miss my house back at Berlin, I feel lonely with out you guys, Gretel and her dolls are not very fun to talk to.

Hello my friend ! Since I moved in my new house, the atmosphere is a little bit…strange? Because the colors are dark and I’m not in a safe place there. I want to return to Berlin with you!

The other day, I went upstairs to my bedroom which is at the second floor (because, yes, it is a big house but it is the ugliest! Sorry!) and I saw through my window, a farm (a strange farm) with farmers, but they were wearing striped pyjamas, there weren’t any women… bizzare!

Before ending, the other too, I heard my Father talk about “Out-With” I don’t understand at all..

I miss so much. My new house is very ugly, really I don’t want to stay because I’m in a middle of nowhere and I don’t have friend. With my sister Gretel, we saw behind the window some people likes man and child with sriped pyjamas, maybe I will make a new friend, I hope so. My mother and my father start to argue. My father works a lot, and there are everyday soldiers in my house. I don’t understand everything, I fell alone… I tried to speak with my dad to come back in Berlin but he said: our new house is here(next to the strange farm “OUT WHIT”).

This morning, I helped a little boy called Bruno. He fell from the swing and injured his knee. So, I picked him up and I put a bandaid on his knee.

I used to practice everyday as a doctor, I didn’t use to peel vegetables everyday. When I lived in my city, I would help people everyday so they wouldn’t get sick. I also used to eat good food and I didn’t use to work for Aryan people. I used to live with my happy family. However, I didn’t use to be separated from them. If I could, I would go back home with my family and continue to practice as a doctor and help my patients everyday.

Today, I helped Bruno, because he fell from the swing.

I used to love my job, I was a doctor in a little city, and I used to love helping people. However, I didn’t use to live in a concentration camp.

If I could, I would go back with my family again.

Today,a little boy fell on a swing. He cut his kneew and I help him. His name is Bruno. Before my deportation,I was a doctor. I visited my patients every day. I slept when I want and I ate every food I want too. I used to visit my parents but I didn’t use to work every day.

Today, Bruno (the son of Ralf) fell from the swing, I should take care of him if I don’t want to die. But it reminds me when I was a doctor with my patients, on Poland, when the life was quiet. After, when Bruno was OK I made dishes with potatoes and carrots, I think Bruno was a good characters, he reminds me when I was a young boy, I would run on the flowers, take care of animals….

Today, I helped a little boy whose name is Bruno. He was on the swing when he fell on the floor and cut his knee. I took the first aid box and put a bandage on his injury. It reminds me when I lived in my country, I would take care of my patients. Before I was deported, I used to be loved and respected but now, it’s the total opposite. Everyone screams at me, especially a Kiter I suppose… I talked with Bruno in the kitchen and it made me feel a lot of joy. It had been a long time !!! If I could, I would go back to the past and I would erase everything I live here.

Today when i was at the house of the german, watering the plants. The little boy made me think a lot about my old life, how did I fall so low. I used to have a great job, a decent home but now i work for nasty people, who treat me like crap.

( Now i could kill for my old house )

Today I healed Bruno,the son of Commandant. I used to help people without people judge me. I used to have materials to take car Jews in concentration camp. If I could I want to go back to see my family.

Today,Kotler told me to go and get tyres for Bruno with an aggressive voice .Other wise when I used to be a doctor no one talked to me with an aggressive voice and I used to eats all food I wanted.Before I was deported I had my choice but after I became a slave,I don’t have choice and I only have one order and it’s to listen to all order of soldiers nasi and I don’t have choice.

If I could I would to be save of this horrible life and return to my country with all my liberty.

Today I was watering the plants of the front garden when a soldier called me. He was angry, like all of them, so I came over him. There were two kids but I didn’t care. The soldier asks me to help the boy to find a tyre and to help him to make a swing. After a few minutes we finished so I went to the kitchen to peel the potatoes. I injured with the peeling but now I used to be hurt.

The kid fell so I ran to him and I did him a bandage then I remember that I used to heal persons in my office. In Amsterdam, I would have dinner with my wife and my kids…

The kid wasn’t as brave as I thought but he reminds me when I had his age.

Before, I used to go to school however I didn’t want to.

Fortunately there was Peter, my best friend.

The kid’s name was Bruno and her mother came of the grocery and she said “thank you”. It makes me something because it had been a long time that I didn’t hear it.

I would like to hear Thank You more often.

Today I ask my self one question during the work . How did I fall so low ? Before I didn’t used to eat so little food . I didn’t use to see people dying before my eyes. During the war I used to heal soldiers or civilian from minor injuries but now I see people dying from typhus. But today when I pell vegetable a little boy asked me to make a swing but he fell from the swing I help-him and I discover that he knows nothing of the world he lives in. I have this question in my head. Would I be punished if I helped him ?

Today, I don't really know what's the date today....

I spend a different day, not really different but something happened wich make me a little bit sad about my old life. I was working in the kitchen and i heard a little scream in the garden so I ran in.

When I arrived i saw bruno on the drones with his blood on his knee. I helped him and start did a bandage with the quit of security.

He started to ask some question about my past...

It made me feel lonely.

I used to heal with a good, beautiful and white uniform, I didn't use this stupid striped pyjamas.

And when I took care about my patients , I wouldn't be scared to be discovered by some horrible and Aryan people.

I spent time with this little kids without any meanness.

It was very relaxing and it reminds me
