Not sure in 14 hours how I'll evidence 14 dot points.  Is that just for the face-to-face and eLearning components?  Will our portfolios take longer?
Teaching fellowship suggests 40 hours for the reflective portfolio

What is the draw card for us to do this?  This helps you to gather evidence and reflect as it occurs.
Is it worth doing it far out from promotion?

rules and guidelines set by university which we must abide by. all parts agree to abide? usually come from set purpose and vision statement. serve a purpose of qualtiy control from university perspective. and this to some extent driven by government requirements and reporting.
