I think we should hold the president responsible for what happened. I think that way because, due to the president's declaration of "Taking back what's rightfully his," he encouraged the people to make a move. Since Biden won the election last year, Trump has been acting like a sore loser, motivating the people to fight back. He's not UNITING the country, but DESTROYING our unity. This just proves that Trump had no intention of handing over the presidential seat to Biden willingly. So I say that we should hold the president responsible for this. He was the one who spurred the others to action, and he's the one who caused this with just his words. My family and me mainly believed in trump and didn't approve of biden but this makes me feel ashamed to be one of them. I hate to see stuff like this happen. But it does make sense that trump is trying to save his own skin by staying as president.
