Today we got our first look at a scene from a play called 'Ten Storey Love Song'
The feedback we received was good, The audience could tell from the beginning that Elza was playing a psychotic girlfriend and that Elza and I had some good transitions from talking to the audience and talking to each other .

 Grew up in Miami, Florida 
This character is loosely based on my Manager Rick Gomes, he's an American who came to London for the culture and women as he says, 2years ago, he came here on holiday for one week and loved all the things here.(this was in the summer time, so it was hot and everyone was wearing revealing clothing at times, which he loved...his words) He decided to stay here and planned to become a British Citizen, but he has to wait 3 years more years right now, so during his wait, he works at a Domino's Pizza where a lot of drama happens, Fights, Adultery, secrets, people crying, you name it and I've witnessed all of this in the space of 6 months. Rick loves telling stories, loves it. So I decided to make my character a bit like Rick, tell stories sometimes to my friends or victims, make it a little villain like. I showed rick my performance and he says to me "Love the Accent, but you gotta move your arms more when you talk"
I tried this and my character seemed more life like and he came alive at that moment, then I was told "alright what are you doing here, ets get back to work man" (Also used in the performance

They also were affected by measures taken to curb abuse, such as stopping them from playing outside. 
Women were also more likely to be targets, mainly because they were around during the day.
