Cutting top of pumpkin and carve it and make the parrot work for their favourite veg or fruit.
They like to use vine balls to chew on for boredom  and try to find their treats.
Bottle caps used as a toy pail or bowl. You can put pellets or nuts inside cap wrap with paper and small piece of masking tape. These are fittings which can easily be replace and refreshed.
