Students practiced to ask and answer questions about where they live and what they see in their neighborhood.
Vocabulary of vowels followed by 'R': teacher, dancer, painter, baker, singer, farmer, actor, street cleaner
Language focus: Pronouns (he, she, it, they)

Students will:
Review Unit 2.

2. Maths

This week

Students learned Fractions of shapes
Students:
- Understood an object/ shape can be split into 2 equal or 2 unequal parts.
- Understood a half is one of 2 equal parts of a quantity.
- Understood an object/ shape can be split into 4 equal or 4 unequal parts.
- Understood a quarter is one of four equal parts of a quantity.

Next week

Students will begin Unit 5. Working with numbers to 100
Students will:
- add 1-digit numbers.
- add using a number line.
- add three 1-digit numbers.
- use column addition.
- solve addition word problems.

3. SCIENCE

This week

This week, the students learned about forces. They explored how push and pull forces can make objects move or change shape.

Next week

Next week, the students will continue to learn about big and small forces. They will also identify how the shapes of materials change when a force is applied.

4. GP

This week

Students began Challenge 5: Ready, steady go
Students compared sports. They looked at sports from different aspects to compare them; team/individual, indoors/outdoors. They will also learn so equipment vocabulary.

Next week

Students will continue Challenge 5: Ready, steady go
Students will compare sports. They will discuss:
- What sports do you or your family play?
- Amongst our families, which sports are played by lots of / few people?

• Bước 3: Học sinh hoàn thành bài đọc Placement test để hệ thống xếp vào trình độ phù hợp (3 bài).

• Bước 4: Sau khi được xếp level, con nên đọc mỗi tuần 1–2 cuốn sách theo trình độ màu đã được mở.
