It lasted 108 minutes. One whole orbit around the earth. I was so happy to see them! When I arrived home my oldest child was two and my youngest was just one year old. My wife Valentina was so happy to see me! Though I hadn't been gone all that long, being the first man in space is quite the dangerous job. I had died training for my next space flight.
