         <description><![CDATA[<p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/health-wellbeing/mental-health-carers-service/1"><strong>Mental Health Carers Service</strong></a> - only for carers whose loved one is under Secondary Mental Health services (but not just the Crisis Team) in Warwickshire. </p><p>They will carry out a Carer's Assessment but also offer on-going emotional support until their loved one is discharged from Secondary MH. Patient make a self–referral on 0845 155 1797 or request a referral from the service user’s care coordinator. <em>(Felicity's old team so ask her any questions!) </em></p>]]></description>

You can add the passcode combination for this key safe to a person's medical record so that in an emergency or a situation where no one answers, the house can be accessed without having to use force. As a musician herself, she appreciates the benefits of music for people with dementia and wanted to make concerts more accessible. The concerts are relaxed and audience members are welcome to hum or sing along, dance, get up and move about, etc. as they need to. </p><p><br/></p><p>Concerts are free of charge, held bi-monthly &amp; usually on Wednesdays around tea-time. Refreshments are provided.
