It was at 2:36 when they said the crime happened, Jay told the police that Adnan called from the phone booth at Best Buy. There was no phone booth records in Best Buy at the time. This proves that Jay is lying and Adnan didn't call.   •   Jay's interview with the cops, almost everything he said was a lie. He switched up the places and the timings. 
  • He sounded sketchy and went along with what the cops told him
  • Hae was said to have left the school early and was at Best Buy 
  • No DNA testing in Hae's car
  • Private investigator tested DNA, no matches found to Adnan's DNA
  • Don talks on the police at 1 or 2 at night the same day Hae was killed. He also had rashes all over his body.
  • Mr. S was drunk and he went in the woods to pee when he saw the body near the log which he wouldn't have seen unless he was looking for it.
  • The grass on Hae's car when it was found was fresh and different than the ground, someone moved the car over there and Jay was the one who knew about it.
  • Hae was out of school the inute the bell rand but her friend says she talked to her for a good few minutes so it's not possible for Hae to be at Best Buy at 2:33.

  • Hae's car wasn't parked where it was found for  weeks.
  • They didn't do any DNA testing in Hae's car.
  • When the P.A did the testing, there was no matches of Adnan or Jay
  • Jay had over 20 charges on him yet was not arrested for any of them.
  • Hae's body did not look like it was in the trunk for a few hours because he blood would stay still on just on the side but it was settled on the bottom.
  • The police ws helping Jay develop the story.
  • Kristi was supposed to be in class that day when Adnan and Jay came to her apartment.
  • Adnan wasn't allowed to meet his lawyer.
