PTO - we should not send Service Appts to full time IF they have it in Salesforce. But if you cannot do a shift, you must reject it bc they are being tracked. Please do not call PL Ops to change it.

If a session is canceled after you've arrived, chatter your PL Ops partner & ask them to set the status on this service appointment to "Consumed."

My Accepted/Confirmed Appts shows SA's that you've accepted/confirmed.
My Dispatched Appts shows your SA for that day.
Service Appointment Sent shows SAs that you need to accept or reject.

Please continue chattering your PL Ops partner when accepting a shift.

Session Change not in SF

I was assigned one session in a district and then moved to two different schools in the same district on the same day.

The old session was not updated with the new session information in SF, and I am not sure how to order TSGs for one of the new schools now.
