         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>&nbsp;Hi, my name's Melissa D. Doctor. Take a look around and you will see that 80 percent of us are overweight. Half of us are actually obese Many are obese. There are a variety of reasons for this, such as hormonal disorders, metabolic disorders, and even childbirth. I'm 30 years old and have one child, I have problems with hormones from my youth, I don't have the most efficient metabolism. I tend to gain weight quickly, and I love to eat, especially sweets, yet I've managed keep the weight of 45kg. I keep track of my weight.<br><br></div><div><br>&nbsp;I've always been concerned about my weight, and in order to get my weight back, I first have to have positive intentions. After that, I transform those intentions into concrete actions. I make use of tools and have them set up to keep track of my progress. My phone and Lasta are both great tools. It's available at <a href="https://lasta.app/">https://lasta.app/</a> and there is a lot of information about it.<br><br></div><div><br>&nbsp;Being overweight is one of the major causes of health conditions. For starters, excess weight can cause a significant load on the spine, which is the core and support of the body. It also leads to a load on the legs and the heart and causing a myriad of chronic diseases. To prevent being at risk of being afflicted by any of the illnesses mentioned in the previous paragraphs, it is crucial to lead a healthy lifestyle. Walking, exercise, going to the gym, taking part in a sauna, swimming pool and other activities will help you stay healthy.<br><br></div><div><br>&nbsp;The main reason to lose weight is mental. The confidence you have in yourself and self-esteem increase, which has positive effects on your emotional and psychological well-being. The joy of improving your body and diet is a crucial component of any healthy diet. If you're satisfied with your eating habits will you be able lose weight. Additionally, ask any physician and he'll tell you that not being overweight is a sign that you're an optimum health person. It's not necessary to be uncomfortable or embarrassed if you don't weigh a lot.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
