Working on this group project was a great experience as I get to learn how to conduct a proper business. As the treasurer of the group, I have gained a lot of valuable experiences and business skills from this project like how to manage the finances and how to do proper budgeting. Based on the financial records, our group has successfully achieved RM111 of total profit. The net profit of our group is RM27 and 32.14% of return on investment (ROI). The sales for phone charms are 9 sales and the sales for keychains (Adoramon) are 9 sales as well. We managed to sell 18 items. Both products contributed a lot to our business finances and operation.

The graph shows the income and expenses of our business. Based on the graph, Adoramon is more profitable than phone charm as it contributed a lot to our business sales. The total sales for Adoramon is RM85 and RM72 for phone charm. Both products are sold in the same quantity but Adoramon’s sales are higher because the prices are different for each type of Adoramon.

Being part of the media team for Charmify, a student-owned business specializing in keychains and phone charms, has been a rewarding and creative journey. One of the highlight of my role was designing aesthetic posters, which taught me the importance of visual storytelling in marketing. Creating posters was not just about making something visually appealing, it was about capturing the essence of Charmify. I had to think about how to present our keychains and phone charms in a way that highlighted their uniqueness and emotional value. This meant carefully choosing colour schemes, fonts, and layout that aligned with the brand's playful yet elegant identity. A big part of this process involved researching design trends and understanding what our audience finds attractive. I learned to experiment with minimalist designs, vibrant imagery, and creative text placement to ensure that every poster stood out. Balancing creativity with clarify was challenging, but it was satisfying to see how well-designed posters could draw attention and generate engagement. Through this role, I discovered how much impact aesthetic design can have on a business's visibility and customer appeal. It has inspired me to continue exploring the world of design and marketing, knowing that creativity and attention to detail can truly bring a brand to life.

UNIMAS student: Our mainly focus is UNIMAS student because they live close to our business and most of them are teenagers who like trendy things.

Cost of shipping: Most of our product are bought from online shop and there is a cost of shipping around RM10 for both of our products.

Cost of material: We also manage to pay for our product material and our starting price is RM12 each members in order to start our business.

Cost of packaging: Charmify also provide a packaging for our keychain and phone charm to make it look better and each packaging cost around RM5 for 20 pack and RM2.50 for 10 bags. We tried to minimize the prices by buying a cheap but good quality of packaging and bags.

Revenue Stream

Direct selling (online retail): We sell our product through hard sell and soft sell skill through our social media in order to increase our sells.

Online payment or COD: We used two payment method to make it easy for our customers to pay our product.

Being part of this business make me realized that there is a lot of things that I need to learn and through this opportunity I am able to experience and learnt a new things. For this project I was given a trust as a team leader and it was very challenging for me because I need to keep on update a new task to do for this business and managing our products at the same time. However, i managed to do this project smoothly thanks to my team members because they also help me a lot without letting me do all work alone. This project left a deep impression to me as this is my first time as a group leader since entering the university.
