For instance the octopus has a series of pigments and cells that allow it to blend in with any surrounding and even mimic the texture of that surrounding. It also shoots a cloud of ink that can be used to capture prey or distract predators so it can flee. Lastly the octopus can also detach one of its limbs to escape from a predator and grow the limb back later. If you were to go searching for the octopus you would be able to find it in tropical and temperate waters in the ocean. Many of our soldiers die everyday doing missions that acquire them to go head on in battle. However, if we could make a way for them to sneak around and stay safe we would not lose so many live. If humans could find a way to create a suit that allows people to blend in to any environment then soldiers could practically be invisible. However, in the case that a soldier does get spotted they could use there ink bomb that will cause the enemy to get distracted and not be able to see so they can get out of harms way. Also humans could develop cells like an octopus has, that would allow for humans to grow their limbs back. An octopus has thousands of cells under their skin. These cells contain tiny sacs that are full of pigment. A helmet, shirt, pants, and two boots. Along the outside of the suit runs small tiny wires with little sacs of pigment across every wire. When electricity is sent through the wires the sacs on the wires react accordingly and change to whatever design has been programmed in to the wires. For instance a big bulky helmet would not be suitable for a soldier who is trying to be stealthy. The idea was designed that instead of wires on the outside, the outfit itself should be made entirely of the those same wires and pigment. However, the wires would be small enough to use as thread to make the material. It was discovered that an octopuses uses its eyes to make its skin color change, and therefore the soldiers needed a way to quickly look at something and make the suit change to their surroundings. A high tech pair of glasses was then added to the suit, so that when a soldier looked at something and pressed a button the suit would change to what the soldier was looking at.
